The whole process went well. Had to schedule a second visit to replace several parts not on the truck. These are not normally stocked on the truck.

Tyler sharp did a great job! Notified me when he was on the way. Very courteous and outgoing. Price was what was quoted $83.00 to have pipe unclogged using an auger. Price would have also included having a camera sent down pipe to investigate for pipe damage. No pressure. sales pitch to have other services performed. Highly recommend Apollo and Tyler. I definitely will use Apollo in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Dan came in the a.m., right on time, and went over everything we needed for the installation. He gave us a quote, which we agreed to , and told us that Luke would be here within two hours with all the equipment needed to do the job. Luke came on time and he discussed with us what he was going to do and he got to work and didn't stop until he was done. He and Dan both were extremely patient in answering all the questions we had before the job was started. They were both very professional and friendly and the price was the lowest out of three companies we contacted. We will definitely use them again, if need be.

Marcus arrived on time, performed a triage of the storm damage, dashed out to get the part required by Duke, returned and installed the part so Duke could run our lead. What makes this amazing is he drove across three towns to get the part and installed it after the sun had set. I am not use to that over the top commitment to customer service. Marcus and Joe returned the next morning to install the other damaged parts. Could not be happier with the work Apollo did for me. 5 stars all the way!

They did a good job and they're coming back for additional work. I wish they had worn face covering as I was told they would be wearing this gloves and shoe coverings.

Very happy with Apollo! Always professional and honest about what other services may be needed. We have been using them for 10 years, with no problems, issues or concerns. They will always let you know what other work may be needed but you are never under any pressure to have that work done immediately and they do email you their recommendations and costs so you can plan ahead.

Job is being completed as I am writing this. Installers, Cody and Frankie, are courteous, punctual, knowledgeable and professional, and have a keen eye for detail. When Cody was still a service technician, he often serviced our equipment, and he was always exceptional. The sales person, Mark, was also knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything in a way I could understand and never talked down to me. Mark invited my input and truly listened to me. I have had Apollo provide both products and services, and have had nothing but the very best results. HVAC needs can be costly, but Apollo has helped me get the most out of the old equipment, until new high quality equipment was necessary. Apollo also matched the best products with our budget.

The Plumbing company that did the initial work, collected $589 from me and cut the wall open and looking at the pipes but never fixed the issue. Apollo Home was able to determine the problem and fixed it and they said that their was nothing wrong with the pipes and good thing was they were able to fix the clogged sink efficiently. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Submitted a request to Angies List and requested quotes from 3 plumbers, Apollo being one of them. Explained exactly what I needed done in the submitted quote. When the customer rep called me, she could not offer any pricing at all, but said they would need the plumber to come in and look at the situation first. However, the catch was, if I decided the price was not right, I would still be charged $79 for the service call just to receive the quote. I am not sure how difficult it is to give me even a guesstimate on a job clearly explained again over the phone. I told her that I would rather use the $79 to buy all the kits I need (less than $20 each at the local hardware stores) and do it myself even if I risk failing to do a good job, then to risk it on a company which refused to offer the most basic pricing Estimate info on one of the least complicated plumbing job. Here’s the kicker - the second plumber who got the referral from Angies list was willing to send a plumber over and give me an estimate without charging me anything, even if I decide not to award them with the business. Guess who eventually got my business?

I have used Apollo a total of 4 times. First their costumer service is top notch from the person though speak with when making the appointment to the person who comes and does the work. They take the time to explain and re explain what needs to be done how it will be done the time it takes to do it and measures to prevent future problems.

Luke did a great job. He explained exactly how he would complete the repair, and he worked quickly, neatly and efficiently to get the job done. We have an unusual brand of toilet fixture, so the part(s) required weren't readily available. But, Luke made a few calls while here, to get folks working on it, and assured me they'd be in touch soon with part numbers and costs. The repair was over $600. So, a little expensive...but I can't say enough about the quality of the work, and Luke's friendly approach. Nice Job!

Prompt service, got a text half an hour or so before the plumber (Tyler) arrived, including husband photo. Service was thorough, polite and professional from initial call to finish. There might be slightly less expensive services but both times we’ve used Apollo, we’ve gotten our money’s worth and more
