This clown wanted to waste time on looking at all of my plumbing. I had a simple problem that he would not address. I have a back injury & it difficult for me to fix the leak. I will not be ripped off. I fixed it myself.

I never got past the quote. They charge $79 for a quote. I?m not paying someone to see if they can do the work or not. If I go with someone else then they made 79 off me for nothing. Ridiculous.

The company was Very responsive and timely to my almost unreasonable time schedule. The technician that performed the service fully explained the work to be done and answered several questions that I had about what would be the best product for my specific situation.

They did a real clean and thorough job replacing our tankless water heater. Service technician Collin was very professional well mannered and highly skilled. The price was a bit higher than the national average however time will tell if it was worth it.

They were hired to fix a gas pipe. They charged me $1,500 to perform a leak check then told me that the pipe needed to be replaced. I hired a different plumber who inspected the pipe and fixed the problem for only $2,800 including a leak check.he did the work by completely disassembling the pipe line revealing the pipe and reinstalling it. He did the work in about 8 hours. That means that Apollo wanted over $1,000 per hour for labor to fix this particular problem before I kicked them off my property. I was forced into paying them $1500 to get the technician off my property. In retrospect, I should have called the police and told them that I was being robbed.

Very nice tech did good work. But cost $310 to snake out one kitchen drain.

Good work on the plumbing part but the ground that was dug up to do the work was left in a rough condition.

Charged $79 just to look at the water on the floor. Tried to get me to buy a top of the line water heater.

High priced compared to others. Time will tell if they are worth it. Very satisfied so far.

Apollo contacted me immediately. The pro they sent was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to replace 2 sump pumps just prior to a weekend full of rain.
