Apke Carpet Care

This was the second time we have used Apke for our carpet cleaning. We are very pleased with their professional team and service. They are prompt, knowledgeable and do a fantastic job. I will definitely use them again.

We're planning to sell our Victorian house in Mt Adams. A realtor reviewed our property & told us our expensive (but dirty) carpets were a write-off, & that her private company-on-the-side would replace them with inferior quality carpets for thousands of dollars. I initially called a well known Cincinnati upholstery cleaning company - favorably reviewed on Angie's List - who we already use for drycleaning services, & asked if they could have a look at the carpets & render an opinion about the viability of cleaning them. Their response? NO. Not "No, this isn't part of the service we provide..."; not "No, I'm sorry, I wish we could help, BUT..." Simply NO. We could book them to clean our carpets, but they would not come out in advance to assess the job. I then called Apke, & the owner said he would come out & take a look. He came out. He took a look. He said it would be worth cleaning the carpets & they would definitely look better. He also offered to put us in touch with a carpet replacement company if we were dissatisfied with the results. The service was performed at the agreed time. The carpets look great. We saved thousands of dollars. I would definitely recommend this company, & I would use them again.

It was so good, we bought another deal. The tech was thorough and got out all the stains on our carpet. We have two boys so I thought it was a lost cause and it turned out great!

I really loved the results and the carpet dried in 6-8 hours and looked so much better. One of the co-owners of the company (I believe) did the work by himself and finished in one hour, which I thought was really fast. Everything looked great, he cleaned up after himself, he was friendly but not too chatty and over a week later the carpets still look great. My allergies have also improved since he cleaned them. I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future. I think the quality and professionalism makes it worth the extra cost.

Exceptional job. I could not be happier. I was called same day that I purchased deal, My carpet was really worn and stained looking, and I just needed it to look better and smell fresher for a short time until I could get new carpet purchased and installed. I was so pleased with the job they did. The carpet really was given a thorough clean. it smelled so fresh and clean, and plastic was placed under feet of furniture. It was nearly completely dry when they left. several people who came by to see me remarked about what a great job they had done.

We had pet stains in the living room / dining room that have been difficult to remove entirely. They did a great job with these giving them extra time and spraying afterwards with an enzyme treatment to help further reduce staining and smell. They also lightened up significantly a stain left by a DVD player on the carpet. We moved all of the furniture out of the room even though that is not typical so that they would have access to the whole carpet. Looked great when they were done.

The crew of 2 arrived promptly at scheduled time. They did a walk through and told me how much extra the job would cost above the purchased deal. They got right to work and completed the job in less than 2 hours (house was empty). The carpets look and smell great! I highly recommend Apke.

I called Apke before buying the serive from Angies List asI was under a time crunch and they accommodated me. The Apke team arrived within the designated time. They were courteous, friendly and got to work immediately. They did a a great job and even took a stab at an old wine stain in another room and managed to get most of it out. I have used Apke before, will use their sevices again and recommend them to everyone. Thank you Apke!

Did a great job cleaning my carpeting. We had not had the upstairs carpets cleaned professionally since we moved into the house 14 years ago. They did a great job and will have them back...won't be waiting so long between cleanings :)

Two Apke employees arrived and after a brief walk through to see what needed to be cleaned, began, They were expeditious and efficient. We were pleased with the results. This was the second time we chose Apke, the first was for my mother's condo. We were so impressed by the job done there, we called them for our home.

They called back immediately the morning I called and were out by noon to get me a quote. They didn't try to sell me on anything that wasn't necessary unlike the other company that we contacted from Angie's List. They gave me a quote on the spot. The other company I contacted from here didn't have a quote for "emergency" water damage until the next morning, but we already contacted Apke back the day before and they were there within the hour to start the job. They did a very thorough job and our final price ended up being slightly less than the original quote. Thanks Apke! We'll call soon when we're ready to get the carpets cleaned.

Could not have been nicer or more responsive. I called and they were at my house in under an hour. Stains were immediately gone.
