Description of Work: The cleaned stairs and basement carpet(very light color) and cleaned the family room carpet. They were extremely efficient and did a wonderful job! The only thing I didn't like was that I had not called them before! Will use again and recommend to all.

I thought the service was priced on the high side, but overall was pleased. I would definitley recommend them to a friend but would suggest seeing if there is a coupon or special discount that is offered.

We had a water problem in the basement and when they finished the work the carpet looked brand new. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I felt like it was very custom to the needs of our furniture and our carpets throughout the house. I originally signed up for the cleaning deal, but I added on a few area rugs, steps, and 2 sofas. They were prompt and did an amazing job removing tough traffic area stains.

Description of Work: Cleaned nine rooms of carpet, two staircases and two hallways that were pretty soiled in high traffic areas. The spot remover seemed inadequate for the job. I asked them to come back and redo the high traffic areas. The guys who did the job seemed in a rush. But the redo team was much better.
