Excellent work! Kudos to Marshall & Coco for taking such pride in their work and doing a thorough job of cleaning my carpets & dirty steps. They aren't just doing a job, they really worked on stains & discoloration until it was removed & clean. Highly recommend Apke & especially this team! Very friendly to talk with!

John Apke cleaned the carpeting ion two of my home's bedrooms. He arrived as scheduled, was professional, and did a great job as usual. I have used Apke's in the past and will continue to do so in the future as my carpets need cleaning.

Did an awesome job! We didn't expect our carpet to be cleanable. It's a thick pile, yellow carpet in our kids' room that had accumulated nasty stains over the years from vomit, dirty shoes, cat poo, and much else. We made an appt, the technician arrived right on time and completed the job in about a half hour. He was professional and thorough. We are amazed at how clean the carpet now looks. Definitely exceeded our expectations, and for a very reasonable price.

After reading the stellar reviews for this company, I contacted John Apke via email on Friday, June 3rd, to describe the work I needed done, ask a few questions, & to ask for a price quote. Mr. Apke responded within two hours answering all my questions & giving me a quote. On Monday, June 6th, I scheduled for his technicians to come to my home to do their work. Mr. Apke said they would arrive on Wednesday, June 8th, between 10:00-noon, if this would be convenient for me. It was. Shortly after 10 a.m. there was a knock on my door. Two very nice & professional technicians, Coco & Marshall, introduced themselves & asked me to show them the rooms with the carpeting I needed cleaned. After I did this, they immediately went to work & never stopped until they were finished with the job which was an hour & a half later. Coco actually went over the traffic area in the living room three times before she was satisfied that it was clean enough! She patiently answered my questions about the amount of time it would take for the carpeting to dry, how I should care for it afterward, etc. The carpeting looks beautiful! I couldn't be more pleased & I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future or to recommend them to my friends & neighbors.

I've used Apke the last 2 times to clean my carpets. They are easy to schedule with, professional and most importantly my carpets look great. They exceeded my expectations in getting out a couple of stubborn pet stains as well. Highly reccommend!

Apke Carpet Care took care of all the worn and stained carpets in the house we bought and brought them back to life. We could not afford to replace them. They also cleaned the tiles in the entry and kitchen in our old house before we put it up for sale. Tiles and grout looked great, like just installed. Very happy and will hire them again.

They were great. Gave me a 2-hour window for the appointment start and showed up about 20 minutes early. The two men checked out the furniture on 2 different floors and went straight to work. Removed all the stains from the newer furniture. The arm chairs are nearly 40 years old so we didn't expect every spot to get removed. It took a little longer than expected to dry one piece, but they soaked "extra" it to try to eliminate a musty smell which was likely all they way down to the pad. Entire process took less than 90 minutes. Cost was a little less than quoted. Guys were very personable and professional. We are very satisfied.

I will never use anyone else for carpet cleaning. it was the best carpet cleaning I have ever had in Cincinnati. In fact, I thought I had already submitted a review but when I logged in today I didn't see it listed so I am reviewing now.

Most important....the now clean white carpet looks great! The providers were on time, polite, eager to please, and thorough. I highly recommend them!

It looks so much better. There were a couple of places behind toilets and such that his tool couldn't reach, but these were easily touched up. Great job, especially for the price. I use these guys all the time, love them, and would highly recommend them.

Pat Apke did a phenomenal job. He was on time, asked me where the stains I was concerned about, pretreated the stains and the carpets look awesome. I have a nice carpet cleaner of my own, but it cannot touch the results I got from Apke's. I have finally found my "go to" carpet cleaning company.

Cleaned 3 bedrooms, stairwell, living and dining room. The old carpeting looked very good when they finished. There was a recent BIG coffee stain that they were unable to remove. They did the best they could and they did considerably lighten the stain. They were on time and very professional. I used a Big Deal and had to pay a little more for an extra room.

I had a big problem after I had a very sick pet and light carpet. The carpets look practically new again- and I was worried they would need replaced. The technician was polite, arrived promptly and worked fast. He put plastic under all the furniture legs. It was the best carpet cleaning I have ever had done, I wouldn't use anyone else.

A very hard working young man showed up right on time and worked vigorously for about four hours and left the carpets and tile floors looking like new. We were very pleased with the work and the employee.

This is the 4th time I have used them, They do an excellent job.

Fast and thorough; carpets were not overly wet when they finished. My carpets have some pretty bad permanent stains from the prior owners that they couldn't get out, but it still looks and smells way better than before.

We only use Apke to clean our carpets. We have used several other companies and no one cleans the carpets as well as Apke. We used to have a retriever and they were the only ones who could get the dirty oil left in the area where he slept. In addition, they get out all of our other stains from daily living Their personnel are always polite and courteous. In fact, I had a work call at 9 am and asked them to come a bit early. He came early enough so he would be done before my call began. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The customer service and the results all simply OUTSTANDING! There is nothing I can say that is negative in any way. Would definitely call them in the future.

I missed the first appointment, which was my fault. I called to apologize and set up another appointment. I was asked if I could wait until they had a job near me, which was fine with me. I told them I would like to have the carpets cleaned by November. It is November and I have not been contacted by the company. There has been no service provided as of this time.

It went great! After using some of the larger, more well known companies in the past we decided to go with an Angie's List recommendation. Our carpets have never looked better.

Apke Carpet Care did a very good job for the price. The technician was a little late; however, he apologized and explained the traffic was bad on the I-275 bridge. Other than that, he was very friendly and respectful. He covered his shoes upon my request and did a very thorough cleaning of my carpets. I would recommend this company to others.

They were able to accommodate my schedule and called ahead of arrival. There was some miscommunication as to my address, but fortunately we were able to connect. Carpets and stairs were cleaned. The appearance of the problem areas was improved, but the stains were not entirely removed. They indicated this could occur due to excessive carpet wear.

I had just closed on my house and wanted to get the carpets cleaned before moving the furniture in. Apke was able to work with my tight schedule to arrive the afternoon of closing and get all the carpets cleaned in advance of the move. This was the third time I used them and have been very pleased with the customer service and the final look of the carpets every time.
