Marshall made the carpet look new again so will forestall new carpeting. This young man is the real deal. A few pet spots disappeared and back door entrance spot disappeared which a former service could not clean up. Professional service and well done.

We had water come through a ceiling into a theater area in the house. They sucked up the water and took the drywall from the ceiling down. He dried everything up for us.He came out immediately within the hour.He came out several times.He came he looked at it, saw what the damage was.He put fans up then he came and he had took the drywall down and put the fans. I think he came three times. I'd recommend them to someone else.

This was our second time using Apke. We have been very pleased with the quality of their service. Relative to cleaning the carpets, the have been able to remove dirt better than other competitors. We recently had a cleaning where after review for the final inspection, I made an additional request. The team didn't hesitate to get all of the equipment back out to accommodate.

They did a real good job. On pricing it must have been A or we probably would have looked for somebody else. As far as I recall there were 2 that came out to do the work. The workers were nice and genuine. They left the area clean.

Rough to start. Took a few days after buying The Deal for someone to call me back to schedule my appointment. Day of service: Techs came 2 hours earlier than expected. Slight inconvenience. Job quality: Good on carpets but missed a few areas where carpet met wall. However, would use again.

No issues at all.. work was completed on time and the carpets looked great. They were able to remove some spots that I not been able to remove. Apke was responsive to phone calls and scheduled the work when I needed it. Would not hesitate to hire again.

They did clean the entire kitchen floor. It looks much better. Cleaned the grout in the bathroom. It is so nice and clean. Having them come annually to keep it clean. They even cleaned the Jacuzzi which is surrounded by tile on the deck. Efficient very quick with the work.

They did a good job. They are just great. They showed up on time and they did the job and then they left. There was no tell and time or anything. They just came in and did the job and that was it and I like that.

I originally thought pet odors were isolated to one end of the carpet but after the initial cleaning, the carpet was returned and it became apparent that other areas needed to be treated. The company owner came back (no additional charge), picked up the carpet and retreated the entire carpet prior to returning. The color looks great, the stains and odor removed. Quality work and AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE from this company! I highly recommend.

Decided to use because of rating on Angie's list as well as indication on their site that they had a special that would work for the minimal amount of areas I needed cleaned. Left two messages. Finally someone called back, and was very nice, but quoted a much higher price. When I told them there had been a special listed, he didn't seem to know about that. Since we really needed carpets cleaned, and I have had horrible experiences with Stanley Steamer, I thought a family-owned biz would be the way to go. The man who arrived to clean the carpets was a member of the Apke family - brother maybe? It seemed to go very quickly, which made me wonder if carpets were cleaned thoroughly enough. The man seemed frustrated and kept huffing throughout the cleaning. He was friendly, but seemed in a hurry. Carpets seemed clean immediately afterward, but it's only been about 3 months and they look dirty again. Probably won't use again.

It went very well. The serviceman went right to work, was courteous, and quickly completed the job. He also pointed out ares of the carpet that were wearing out faster than other areas.

Everything went very smoothly. John Apke was helpful and cordial and gave me a quote over the phone. We agreed on a date and time for the job. Marshall arrived on time and was both friendly and professional. He asked what furniture was to be moved. At first, I was a little concerned that he was working alone and that the furniture might be difficult/awkward for one person to move, but he assured me that he could handle it---and he did. He worked efficiently but took the time to do a thorough job cleaning the carpet. He left my condo carpet looking refreshed and stain-free. Good job!

Very well. Better than anticipated , We did not have carpet cleaned prior to moving in. It was purchased from a close family member. The carpet needed to be cleaned and we put it off due to amount of furniture practically wall to wall also. The gentleman that cleaned, was able to move furniture around so we were able to have a better than expected cleaning done. We are very pleased and would use this same company again.

The two guys were punctual and quick. My carpets look new again.

Excellent job! Contacted them to clean carpets in a home we purchased and wanted it done before the moving truck arrived to unload. They were prompt to respond and schedule the appointment. They were on time and did an excellent job. Professional and friendly. Very pleased and will use them from now on for regular carpet cleaning. We used the coupon deal on Angie's List they offered. Had to add a little to the cost because of the hallway, as the offer was for 4 bedrooms and 1 set of stairs, so that was no problem.
