Apke Carpet Care

We had a very bad smell in the basement coming from the carpet due to water damage. Apke's did their best to remove it and did a great job. Highly recommended, very professional, friendly!

Apke did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. They look outstanding. There was one major issue with the work though. The man cleaning the carpet managed to break our glass dining room table. I contacted them the day after and the matter was taken care of promptly and professionally. The table top was replaced. If it wasn't for this I would have given them an A.

The service was good. They cleaned the carpets in the family room, stairway, hallway and bedroom. We were in the process of selling our house and we had them do the work prior to us moving out.

John offered to come to our home within 24 hours of my call. I was not available at that time so he came at the next earliest time convenient for me. He is very personable and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with him in our home and appreciated his ability to give us a few options so to how we could proceed to correct our problem. When I need carpet cleaning in the future or any other services I will certainly call him again. His fees were very reasonable and I was able to write him a personal check for the service.

The men showed up on time and were extremely friendly. They did a fantastic job! The carpets look amazing!

They arrived promptly at 9:30 AM and went to work immediately. They were courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. They finished in approximately 2 hours and the carpets looked great. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to have them back again! I was well satisfied with the job they did.

I couldn't have been happier with the results. The kitchen had years of grout dirt from previous home owners and needed the cleaning desperately. The floor almost looks new now. The bathroom floor also needed a good tile cleaning.

Two men - very courteous, arrived promptly, did a TERRIFIC job, warned that they may not be able to remove certain stains, but they were able to remove them after all. Carpet looked great afterwards and hardly damp at all. Strongly recommend.

We routinely use Apke Carpet Care to clean the few carpets we have in our home. Although we mostly have hardwood floors, the carpet we do have is in high traffic areas: family room, rec room/basement, and on two staircases. We have a dog and two toddlers, so despite our efforts to minimize dirt from shoes being tracked onto our carpets, stains are inevitable. And Apke gets them ALL out. We have yet to find a spot that is missed or cannot be cleaned by Apke. The professionalism of the staff is great, they are frequently available on short notice and offer Saturday appointments, and there is no lingering chemical smell after they clean. We also appreciate that Apke is a family-owned and operated business.

Scheduling an appointment was fine. They came in the time frame they said they would. I felt they were rushed in the appointment. There was one person here doing all the work.

Four first-floor units in our apartment building were flooded to a clog and backup in the sewer line. We called Apke and their disaster recovery team was on site very, very quickly. They extracted as much water as they could, cut out the well dry wall to avoid the propagation of mold, and installed dehumidifiers and industrial fans to dry out the affected areas. All work was performed as advertised. Apke's prompt arrival to the disaster scene and quick work helped us remediate this unfortunate damage and limited the down time associated with our having to relocate tenants during the repair period. I would definitely use and recommend this provider again, but hopefully I will never have to as one sewer back in a lifetime is plenty for any apartment owner. e

They arrived on time and with machine commenced cleaning the tile floor in kitchen as planned. Seemed in somewhat of a hurry to be done and not very knowledgeable when I asked some questions about tile, how best to clean it,etc. Further, after they left we noticed the solution they had used was creating dirty streaking as it dried; this was particularly noticeable where it had sloshed up against the walls. We spent about an hour after they left going over and over the floor as it dried in an effort to prevent the streaks. While in the end the floor did end up looking cleaner, after having to do so much ourselves this was not the professional cleaning experience I had hoped for. Maybe they do better on just carpet.

Very well. They were prompt and professional during the visit. I've used this company before for carpet cleaning, and very pleased to see they are as efficient and professional in cleaning tile floors.

John did a wonderful job. We have 4 pets and he got up all the pet stains and other stains and made the carpets look great! We would definitely use this company again. He was very professional, timely and worked efficiently.

They cleaned the carpets in the hallway, stairs, dining room and living room. They were very good to work with. They were able to get some stains out that I had not been able to earlier. They were on time and offer to clean an additional area since I had them only clean three areas in the house.

They were very professional. They got it done and the carpet look great afterwards. They took care of everything, they cleaned everything up and there was a problem next at our door that I was surprise because I didn't expect that it turned out that nice.

They were great! They got out several long standing stains and I am very pleased with their work.

Apke showed up on time and cleaned per specifications. He was pleasant, knew what he was doing and left the property in good, clean condition. I have used this company previously and will use them again.

The team of 2 from APKE was right on time and got the job done in less than 2 hours. They were very professional and had no issues when we asked them to go over some of the "trouble spots" several more times. The 6yo carpet looked like NEW after then were done. They were not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. We will definitely use APKE again.

Carpet dried out. Still have to replace padding, clean carpet, and reattach baseboard.

As always, Apke did a fantastic and through job cleaning our carpets. We had 4 rooms that needed to be cleaned, and all 4 looked amazing after the appointment.

They were able to get out a stain where my mother's dog had urinated 2 years ago! The carpet is about 17 years old. It looks great now! They did a great job! I would definitely use them again.

Apke Carpet Care services are very timely and they do a great job. I have just been very pleased with them and I will have them come again.

I don't have too much to say except they did a fantastic job. They came at the time they said and went straight to work. Thats all you can ask for! Highly recommended.

Great service, quick and friendly. APKE cleaned the carpet in the entire house and did an outstanding job. Could have not been happier wit the results.
