It was great and I was really pleased with them. He did a good job and the young man was very polite. He got the job done in about 2-3 hours. I had no problems with the scheduling.

It was good. It went over only because I added a couple of rooms. In addition to what I paid online, I paid an extra $79. Their professionalism stood out as well as being on time and thorough.

They did a great job! The people they sent out were wonderful, super friendly and professional. They also cleaned a rug that sat on top of my carpet. I've had other people clean my carpets before and I felt that I had to watch them to make sure they were doing a good job, but not this company! Their prices are very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone!

Never heard from the company, plus we had something come up and will not be needing this right now.

The service guy showed up on time and did a very good job cleaning the carpet and moving furniture when required.

Pat showed up right on time and was done in 45 minutes. They had quoted me $120 over the phone but apparently the job was easier than expected so they charged me $110 plus tax. The carpet had a few spots and some areas where it was dirtier just due to traffic patterns. Pat went over the traffic areas twice and treated the spots before cleaning. The carpet looks just great. We moved things like lamps and small items ahead of time, but Pat did all of the furniture moving (couch, coffee tables, end tables) when he got here and then put plastic or blocks underneath while the carpet dries. In the bedroom we didn't move the bed or dressers because they've been there since the carpet was put in so no need. Pat just cleaned around them. I've very pleased with the way the carpets look now and really appreciated how professional and easy that Apke was to work with.

Excellent job at a great price. Very professional and friendly, arrived on time as promised, we're very thorough. Would highly recommend and will be using again in the future.

The technicians did a fabulous job!! Our carpet is 15 years old and gets a workout as we have Dobermans. All of the stains were successfully removed, plus the carpet smells great! I will definitely use Apke Carpet Care in the future.

The carpet in the living room had serious stains (apparently grease from the bottom of recliner chairs). Also, heavy traffic area dirt that was apparent once all the furniture was out of the room. The tech did a remarkable job, the carpet came out great with all of the stains & heavy traffic areas clean.

Excellent -- I've used Apke several times. They are very efficient -- in and out quickly, and highly professional and courteous. We have two black labs, who shed and walk through this room when coming in and out, so it's pretty amazing how clean my carpets are when they're done. They also cleaned my father's bathroom tile, and the grout looked brand new, and this house is almost 60 years old.

We have been using them for 2 years. The carpet dries by the endof the day for sure.

The call to schedule was easy, and an approximate price was given over the phone based on my description. The carpet is a year old, and this was really more for warranty purposes than anything else: the carpet was not very dirty. I was given a two hour window, which I assumed to be the time during which they would clean the carpets. My mistake, this is the window in which they will arrive to clean the carpets. This is a practice I really dislike since I have to take the time off work and sit around waiting. Since it is apparently an industry standard, and since they arrived within the time frame, I gave them an A. Two technicians arrived. They were pleasant and focused. They cleaned the carpets, and moved what I asked them to move to clean underneath. Furniture that was moved was placed on blocks or small pieces of plastic to keep the carpet from being stained while it was wet. It took them about 3 hours or to clean the carpets, and they even cleaned the welcome mats. The price quoted over the phone was accurate. The carpet took 24 hours to dry. A couple of areas were damp the 2nd day after. The carpets look great, and I am happy with the service. I will definitely use them again.

Phone contact was quick and easy. Mr. Apke arrived at 8:30, on time, was courteous, pleasant and very efficient. He worked alone and spent about 2 hours on the job. Watched him doing one room and he was very thorough. The carpeting was only slightly damp when he left, was almost dry by nighttime and was dry the next morning. Previously, I've had the carpets cleaned by three of the larger local companies and Apke is by far the best! Areas which I had thought were going to look permanently soiled came clean after the Apke cleaning. He moved all lighter furniture, cleaned underneath and placed plastic pieces under wooden legs wherever needed. I will definitely call them the next time I need this service.

I called Apke to get an estimate of what it would cost to clean up the mess the water left in the basement. I spoke with John and he was at my door within the hour, which was amazing. He had all of the equipment with him and shortly after he estimated the cost and evaluated the damage, everything was set up and the dryout process had begun. Within 48 hours, my basement and carpeting was dry as a bone. I would definitely recommend Apke Carpet Care for any water damage restoration that you may have. Hopefully, we don't have anymore water damage, but if we do, I know who to call.

It was wonderful. My carpets look band new! The carpet was dry in about 3 hours. It was just perfect. They sent out one guy for the job. He was wonderful and didn't even try to up sell me. There were no additional fees associated with the deal. It was a great deal.

Apke Restoration team came within the hour of the original after hours call. The responsiveness and professionalism of the team restored our basement. Outstanding job from John and team! Would definitely call again for all carpet cleaning and/or restoration needs.

son He did all of the carpets and you could see the difference immediately. He worked extra hard to remove one tough spot. He also changed an overhead light bulb for us. You couldn't ask for a nicer person.

John's crews always do a superb job for me. After 7 years and counting...I will use no one else. He has taken care of my furniture (couches & dining room chairs) and carpet. Scheduling has never been an issue. Flexibility, right price, and professional crews! What more could I ask for?

They were great. I didn't want the carpets back until the ceiling was repaired and re-painted so that took a while. I offered to pay for storage, but they graciously kept them until I could take them back - 6 weeks! - without any extra charge. They were beautifully cleaned and very responsive! Thank you so much!

I have used them before, and that went great! This time initially did not go great... There were dirty spots, appearing as if they had totally missed, during their visit I had to ask them to redo the steps, as they obviously remained looking dirty... there was an entire area near the pool table that was again very obvious, not cleaned... I called... the owner immediately called me back!! We set a date/time for a revisit... They arrived on time... one was the person that initially performed the work... he was very defensive... the other person an older man after walking thru the area agreed regarding some of the areas, said they certainly would go back over the entire carpet... and that sometimes spots get missed, or are especially dirty... but they would be back as many times as it took until I was happy.... Bottom line, during the time they were here, I could already see the improvements!! After everything dried I was very pleased!! Would I every use them again... absolutely!!! Would I recommend them, again absolutely yes!! and I can't say enough positive things regarding the owners responsiveness, and his professional attitude!!
