Service tech arrived on time; reviewed areas to be cleaned; and very quickly competed the job. He was courteous and professional. He moved small furniture and replaced it using small plastic barriers where it sat on the wet carpet. After job was finished,he gave special attention to some pet stains. He reviewed his work with me before leaving. He also gave me an estimate on cleaning the upstairs rooms. Overall great job - from initial contact and scheduling through completion of the job!

Their rep arrived on time, introduced himself and surveyed the area to be cleaned. He asked appropriate questions and was very careful with our furniture. He worked extra hard to handle the problem areas and ease. Very professional and thorough. Would highly recommend!

They showed up on time. They were friendly and professional. I could really tell a difference in the way the carpets looked and how the basement smelled. They even helped me carry a recliner upstairs. APKE costs a little more than the competition, but you get what you pay for. I would definitely use them again.

We just signed a lease on a rental unit and wanted the carpets cleaned before moving in. The carpets were stained and smelly from potty training accidents. We called John from Apke and he scheduled the cleaning really quickly. We couldn't be any happier with the service! The provider came on time and was very pleasant and professional. Amazed at the results. The stains are gone and the carpet looks almost brand new! Smells fresh and clean.

The floors look great. The black colored grout was transformed and the tiles and floor look new. The guys also cleaned a nasty spot on the carpet and stairs and it was all done efficiently and professionally. I would definitely recommend their services.

My husband and I recently bought our first home and wanted all of the carpets refreshed before moving our furniture in. I found this deal and it was just the amount of rooms I needed...but then I remembered our walk in closet. Mike said that was no problem and went ahead and cleaned it as well. Mike was so polite and friendly, I felt so comfortable talking to him and having him in our home. We had no furniture to move, so it took just over an hour, which was wonderful. I was so impressed when I went back upstairs to see the work he had done. The house smells amazing, I could breathe better, and the carpets looked new again! I would highly recommended their services.

We called the Apke Co. and they came that same day, assessed the situation and began remediation. First they cut out all water soaked drywall and removed all soaked carpet padding. They lifted all of the carpet and used heaters, dehumidifiers and huge fans to dry everything completely. Then they rebuilt the walls, painted everything, put new padding and relaid the carpet. Finally they cleaned all the carpet. The entire process took about 3 weeks but we are pleased with the finished product!

.No surprises or complaints. The folks were prompt and did a good job. They were in and out in under two hours and didn't try to upsell me or useless carpet treatments or other such nonsense. I paid a reasonable price and got a good value. Will use again.

John Apke came promptly the day we experienced a small flood after a sewage line backup in our finished basement. He and a team member extracted the water, removed wet padding, dried and removed the damaged carpet in our finished basement. I really appreciated how quickly he came, the effectiveness of their service, their cleanup, and professional manner. We needed them to return to help us again when we had a minor flood, and again, they were prompt, courteous and their work was effective. They will be my go-to water restoration company if we ever have a similar problem.

Provider cleaned the carpet at my place of business. They did an excellent job for a very good price. The workers were very courteous. I'm so happy I have found them.

Crew was prompt, efficient and effective. Requested additional room to be cleaned and they gave me a very good price. Also added a couple of wool rugs. they moved the furniture that I wanted moved and were very accommodating. They completed entire job of about 1700 sf in just about two hours. Carpet was dry to touch in several hours and completely dry by evening.

Did a great job. We had wine stains on hallway & he greatly reduced their stain, but could not remove them. This was as we expected.

My experience with them was good. They did what we asked them to do. They focused on some trouble spots and were able to clean them up, so they did a pretty good job.

I have used them several times. Sometimes the work is excellent, sometimes it is just okay depending on the technician. That being said, I would use them again.

The crew was about 45 minutes late, however they called to inform us they were running late.

This is the second time I've used Apke. They are very responsive, technician was professional and courteous and did a great job. He called because he was going to be a little early but said he could come at the scheduled time if that was better for me. I preferred that he arrived early anyway so the carpets had more time to dry. Carpets look great. I will use them again.

I was very pleased with the service from Apke. I used the concierge service of Angie's List which I had never done before. I uploaded videos of the areas and carpets to be cleaned along with close-ups of the stains. I had everything picked up and moved when they arrived so they could work quickly. The employees were very polite and professional. They arrived just a little late, they did not call and I was told by the Angie's List person that they had some issues getting on the road. They went right to work after the walk through. No issues and the carpets looked great especially after not being cleaned after 12+ years and had many stains. Both my husband and I were very pleased. I would definitely use them and the SnapFix service again.
