Another Clean House

Please Read Before Hiring Another Clean House!!!! Had issues with Tonna Griffin from the start. She only cleaned for us maybe 4 times and every time she and her crew were not thorough at all and were always in a rush. Basically did the absolute bare minimum with ZERO attention to detail. I would kindly point out things that were missed, and she'd get super defensive and borderline argumentative. I really wanted to give her a chance and thought it would get better, but it only got worse. To add, she doesn't bring her own products and twice left with full rolls of paper towels. Doesn't clean any inside windows(I actually think she said she would at $7 per window but when I saw how she cleans mirrors I'm like no thanks...streaks and smudges all over). Got attitude when asked to take off shoes (we had just gotten new cream carpet) The last straw was when she didn't show up but sent a cleaning crew of 3 in her place and when they were finished, she asked that I pay an extra $50 since there were 3 of them whom I didn't ask for and weren't expecting. I was put on the spot when Tonna texted me to write one of them a check for the extra cost while they waited at the front door ready to leave. It was an extremely uncomfortable situation. (I had already paid her for the cleaning via Zelle at this point) It really gave me major con-artist vibes.
