This summer I had an amazing experience with the Amy B Sells Team. We purchased a new home and were challenged with selling our home quickly. Amy Broghamer and her team were the most professional and proactive team I have ever worked with. From the first communication, to staging of our home, to the negation of sale and the closing process, Amy's team was there every step of the way. She achieved a price point that far exceeded our expectations. When we first contacted Amy, we were not sure when we were going to sell, but based on finding a new home so quickly, it was paramount that we had already started the conversation with Amy and her team. If you know of anyone looking to sell or just interested in what is out there in the real estate market, I would highly suggest meeting with Amy and getting a better understanding of what is happening in the current real estate market. Meeting with her when we did, not only got our house sold in 24 hours, but it also allowed us to get a considerable amount more than we anticipated. Thank you!!

I HIGHLY recommend Amy and her team for anyone that is selling/buying a home. They are extremely professional and truly care about their clients. They get to know you and what you are looking for. Amy only works with the best in the business. The home inspector was great! He did a presale inspection on our home, which definitely helped us in the selling process. He also inspected our new home, and again was very thorough and professional. The financial team walked us through every step of the process and made it so easy. Her recommendations for movers was spot on. I can't say enough about Jen and Terri. Jen found us our dream home. We were under a time constraint and location was an issue. We always felt we were her top priority. No matter what my question, Terri was there and even after we moved in she was still answering questions. If you are looking to do it the right way you need to use Amy and her team, you will not be disappointed. She will guide you through every step. Not that it was expected she also sent house warming gifts of glasses and when we sold our home she sent us moving boxes. The attention to detail is outstanding.

Fantastic - Amy is very thorough and professional. She knows how to get your home looking it's best and priced right so that it sells quickly. She educates you on the process and is very responsive and direct. Our home sold in the winter in a month. The process went very smoothly and we were able to look for our new home without having to wait and wait for our current home to sell which was such a relief.

We ended up deciding not to sell the home. We loved working with her. She's very thorough. She has a team for when you're looking to buy a home. She was very transparent.
