Description of Work: We had two jobs to be done - one to correct a problem that arose when a double oven was too small for the space left when the old ones were removed, the other to rebuild the top course of a crumbling outside decorative brick wall. | |The contractor suggested by the oven retailer wanted $350-400 to build a platform for the oven to rest on and trim out the space - which I thought was absurd. Brad's estimate was ALMOST 90% LOWER. His solution was inventive, and I paid exactly what he quoted (plus a small amount for materials). Looks terrific. | |I was surprised when Brad offered to do the brickwork on the same day as the oven re-installation. That took care of two problems at the same time. As with the ovens, his quote was very reasonable and accurate. | |Brad had all the tools he needed, arrived when he said he would and cleaned the work area thoroughly. We are totally pleased with the experience and will absolutely call on him again in the future.

Description of Work: Replaced caulk around upstairs bath/shower. Tightened and replaced shutters that had fallen off during storm. Checked structural integrity of front door surround, tightened where necessary and caulked all openings including one area that had never been caulked by any painter. I never realized that area had never been caulked and we've lived here 20 years. It's not surprising we had problems with the surround.

I have used Brad before, and have always been very happy with the work done and price charged.I will use Brad again when the need arises.
