My daughter said the repairman was very professional & courteous. He cleared the clog, then ran a longer line to make sure there was no further blockage farther into the sewer line. Cleaned up the job except for what was hardened. He told her how to treat that with bleach & clean the rest up.

We felt that we were over-charged for this job. The advertisement in the Yellow Book clearly states "Free estimates by phone. You approve the price before we start." When I called for service, I asked the price. I was told $95/hr. plus parts. We provided the parts because we purchased an ice maker kit which included the copper tubing. The man was there for 1 1/2 hours which should have put the price at $150.00. We were charged $250. What is more upsetting is that I wrote to the company requesting an explanation of charges and did not even receive the courtesy of a response. He was also late when he came to the original appointment. It was late in the day and it was evident he did not feel like doing the job that day so he made arrangements to come back the next day. This required me to take 2 days off of work for what should have been a quick job. Will not use this company again.
