Description of Work: I love this place. I go in there frequently to get keys made. However, it is their service when you are locked out, have broken a key off in the lock, etc., that is really superlative. They are always able to dispatch someone speedily to help you in an emergency and generally have some helpful recommendations, too. Great folks, I will always use them.

Description of Work: Gary Fesssenden repaired a lock on a door leading from my lower level to a back screen porch. He first thought that it was a broken lock that needed spare parts to repair. The original estimated cost of $79.00 suddendly jumped to $ 120.00. He soon dicovered that I needed to replace the entire lock. I told him to just disable the lock since had a dead bolt on the door and that was secure enough. He did as I asked and only charged me $100 for the job. He gave me good feedback on how to proceed with all the locks in my 1993 built home. I was happy with the outcome.
