They did a good job. They completed the work.

Allied was very helpful. The order took a lot less time than I expected, and cost less as well. When I went to pick up the glass, I was impressed with how carefully they had wrapped it to protect it from nicks and bumps.

Service was on time as promised and very professional.

Everything happened just as they said it would. I am very pleased with both the service and the glass tops.

Friendly gal answered the phone. She was able to diagnose the type of repair I needed and quote a price. I agreed to proceed. She said that her guy could be out at the house that same day. George showed up on time. He did an excellent job. I was glad that I wasn't trying to do the repair myself because the 100 year old door was tricky. He even made an extra effort to repair the door so that the other panes of unbroken glass were more secure. He sealed the new pane with silicone and cleaned up when he finished.

I called Allied Glass the week prior to their arrival to schedule an appointment and get a cost estimate. I was told that their crews were still very busy from the hurricane damage, but that they may be able to fit me in. I told them that I could be available with an hour's notice. I received a call on Tuesday morning saying that a crew would be available between noon and 4 PM. At noon, I received a call from one of the crew members saying that they were finishing up lunch and could be right over. It took them about 25 minutes to complete the job. The Allied Glass associates were very professional and courteous.

Called on Tuesday, had a technician out on Wednesday. Was prompt, called ahead to tell me when he would be here and arrived on time. Technician was very courteous and honest.

Very well--It was quick, efficient, well done.

I called and obtained an estimate based on my measurements, which was reasonable and told I would be contacted for a final measure. So within a day or so was called and arranged to meet the service estimator. He was prompt and friendly, and within 30 minutes the estimate was confirmed and the order agreed to. On installation day, the two younger men were all business and professional in quickly performing the needed repairs. If I knew there was a great company like this, I would have had the service performed years ago!

Were prompt in providing the proposal, and were able to do the work within about a week. Did a good job, cleaned up after themselves, and were pleasant.

Excellent service and very friendly--from initial phone call to installation team. Much better pricing than Ryan's. I Highly recommend Allied. In fact, I contacted other glass and mirror companies prior to calling Allied and I was told they wouldn't do the work because it was my own mirror. (Our mirror had fallen off the wall due to shoddy initial installation when our home was built. We don't know who originally installed the mirror).

VERY HELPFUL AND CAPABLE WITH MAKING A BEVELED GLASS WINDOW TO FIT A CABINET DOOR. OTHER GLASS COMPANIES WERE RELUCTANT TO DO IT. ALLIED DID A NICE JOB OF IT.

MY FAMILY AND I HAVE USED ALLIED GLASS FOR MANY YEARS. SERVICE IS ALWAYS PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. THE QUALITY OF THE WORKMANSHIP IS EXCELLENT AND THE COMPANY SEEMS TO PRIDE ITSELF ON ATTENTION TO DETAIL. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS #1 WITH ALLIED. WE RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY TO ALL OF OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

TO QUOTE A PER HOUR RATE VERSUS JOB RATE PRIOR TO WORK BEING VIEWED. REP WAS ON THE JOB LESS THAN AN HOUR. THE PRICE FOR WORK PERFORMED SEEMED A BIT HIGH.

THE INSTALLER WAS EFFICIENT.
