+ -1 moreALLEN OUTDOOR HAS DONE AN OUTSTANDING JOB FOR OUR CONDO ASSOCIATION. THEY ARE CONSIDERATE, SELF-MOTIVATED, AND DO NOT NEED CONSTANT SUPERVISION. THE QUALITY IS EXCELLENT. THEY HAVE BEEN ABLE TO TAKE INSTRUCTION, STAY WITHIN SPECIFIC BUDGETS, AND COMPLETE THE WORK WITHOUT BABY-SITTING. AS TREASURER OF A CONDO ASSOCIATION, MY EXPERIENCE WITH OTHERS HAS BEEN THAT WORK IS SHORT-CUT, AND VERY LITTLE COMMON SENSE IS USED. ALLEN OUTDOOR IS PERFECT FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTS ANOTHER COMPANY TO MANAGE THE PROCESS WITHOUT THE NEED OF A PAID OFFICER OF THE COMPANY OVERSEEING ALL ACTIVITY.
Description of Work: LAWN MAINTENANCE, SHRUBBERY & TREE REPLACEMENT, EXTERIOR BUILDING CLEANING & REPAIR, FERTILIZATION, GENERAL OUTDOOR SUPPORT. WE HAVE ASKED THEM TO HANDLE ALL OUTDOOR REQUIREMENTS. WE ARE A CONDO ASSOCIATION WITHOUT A BOARD (WE ARE ALL VOLUNTEERS), SO WE REQUESTED THAT THEY MANAGE THEMSELVES AND STAY WITHIN BUDGET.
