DO NOT USE THIS ALL MY SONS MOVING AND STORAGE! Wyatt the owner is absolutely rude and unprofessional and refuses to right his wrongs. The moving crew showed up hours late, didn't know how to move things, we had to fix things they broke and physically help them move items. They didn't even know how to move a couch out of a back wide door. They were supposed to assemble items (previously discussed) and brought zero tools with them, had to borrow ours and when they did they put things together so poorly that after they left a bed completely fell to the ground and it took us hours to fix all of their poor work. Wyatt the owner/manager was informed of all of this and he flat out refused any compensation and blamed it all on us not calling him during the move (where we were super busy trying to help HIS crew move our stuff) that we were paying over $200 an hour for them to do. What a poorly run and managed business.

I do not recommend! - The day of the move, they called at 7am and asked to reschedule the move from the afternoon session to the morning session. - I rearranged my work schedule and then waited (over 7 hours) until 320pm for movers to arrive to begin the move. - In the meantime, there was horrible, disorganized and rude communication between the managers, Anthony and Zac, myself and the movers. - The movers went to the wrong address, somewhere in Batavia, Ohio which is roughly 30 minutes away. - The movers damaged doors at both locations - The movers were very slow. I began moving things myself because it was taking so long. - I was asked to sign paperwork in the middle of the move. They insisted on explaining what I was signing instead of allowing me to read the Terms and Conditions. Zac and Anthony were both very unprofessional, disorganized and rude. They made multiple promises on arrival times that never happened. Overall, this was a very bad experience. I've used Two Men and A Truck twice before. They will quote you a lowball price then double it right before your move. 2 broken cabinets, ripped chair, cracked 85” TV. I was going to move the TV myself. They actually talked me into them doing it for an add’l fee. Said they were the best in the biz & had a special way of doing it. I only rcv’d $285 in damages because I didn’t take the 1k insurance on top of the already doubled price.

Very upset with Freddy the sales person. He quoted us a price to include tearing down the beds and futon. The team that arrived said they do not do this so my husband had to tear the beds down alone as I had already moved. He did insist they do the futon. Well when they arrived at the new location they didn’t even put any of it together. Again quoted by Freddy in the price. They left and we found our futon is missing hardware. We are getting compensation for that but really isn’t enough. What I am most upset over is that they are not compensating for the extra we paid for the tear down and rebuild . When I called Freddy about this he kept blowing me off. What is sad is they had great reviews and a friend of mine used them and they were quoted a cheaper price including packing and tear down/build up. Do not believe what they tell you!

All my sons did an amazing job with our move from Boston to nashville! They were very communicative- letting us know when they would arrive to both locations. They were efficient packing our things- keeping an inventory list, making sure all things were wrapped and protected, and were professional/polite throughout the entire process. We will definitely be using them in the future.

Dear all, I am writing this review about the trouble I had with All My Sons Movers. I was very much disappointed with the service provided by the company. Before booking I asked them if they could reassemble the furniture once unloaded in the new location. I was told that they will do everything. I informed them before booking that we have IKEA furniture which needs specialized tools. The company person assured us that they can deal with IKEA furniture, and they have the tools. But during the service, Christin said that he has only one tool. So, they can’t dismantle or reassemble the furniture. Before unloading the furniture at the new address from the truck, we were asked to give them five-star rating and charged us with the amount. Once the review and payment were made, the mover’s attitude was changed. One of the movers, Christin, was rude to us and told us that he was running out of time. He couldn't help with assembling the furniture and dumped all the furniture and other boxes in the living room. During the move they were very careless with our boxes and furniture which caused lots of damages- 1. Mattress got damaged. 2. TV display gone 3. Dresser drawer got loose 4. Backside of the wardrobe got detached and got scratched on one side (one part broke) They charged us $1762.15, which was huge without the services they agreed to provide us with. They charged us way more than the amount were told. They gave a different estimate while booking which didn’t match the amount that was being charged. We had a horrible experience which was harassment. Apart from the material damages, their behavior was very rude. I called them the next day to report the matter. They told me to wait for 3 weeks, and they promised to pay us back for the damage caused. When it is almost 3 weeks now, and they are saying they will pay us as per the weight of the items. This is a fraud company and cheats people by taking extra money for the services that they cannot provide.

God awful! The quote for a 2 bedroom house moving me 12 minutes away was $900 bucks. Some how the total doubled to $1,800. Estimate are normally close. The movers broke a light in my main entrance, damage walls, broke pieces of my stairs in my new home and didn’t assemble a bed completely. I’ve requested several claims over a month ago and never heard back from! Stay away from these crooks!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They completely lied about their moving prices and then held my furniture hostage after telling me I owed them TWICE what they quoted over the phone the day of the move. This company is underhanded and deceptive. Their customer service was terrible, rude and blamed ME for the incorrect quote. They told me $470 over the phone for an intown move with two guys for 2 hours and ended up demanding $930 when they came to drop off my furniture!

Horrible company. Moved our furniture to storage and damaged EVERY piece. Told us to file a claim, we did, and they never responded. Won't answer calls either. Jake told me they would make it right, and they ghosted us. Stay away from this company, period.

Still waiting on my $100 "100% guaranteed refund". Called to get a quote. I gave them the exact things that needed moved (6 items- basic heavy things- couch, dresser, bed, etc) to a location 4 minutes away. Was quoted $149/hr for 3 guys. Sounded good so I put $100 down to hold the date. Next day I received an email with the estimate, "it will cost you no less than $610". WHAT? There are a ton of hidden fees, which isn't even shown in the estimate. I immediately emailed them to cancel, never got a reply. 2 days later I called to cancel. Guy on the phone was 100% unprofessional. I felt as if I was talking to some thug, a scammer. I have yet to see a refund and have yet to get a confirmation email stating I cancelled. Don't waste your time. Total ripoff

I used Angie's list wanting a reputable mover. I was quoted by AMS movers that it would only take 2 hours to load the truck and 2 hours to unload the truck. I chose to go ahead and use their truck to make it a less hassle for me. I told the girl what I had in a 2 bedroom apartment letting her know that I would have everything boxed up and ready to go. I went over the size of the items, furniture etc. And she quoted me about $500 to $600. I was concerned that it seemed a bit low. We were only moving 7 miles down the road and she assured me that it was correct. 3 men would be doing the job. I went ahead and signed up. Moving day came, they were on time. The head guy told me that his tablet was dead and needed to be charged, and this is where we would usually go over the agreement and all the details. He said that he would rather get busy loading instead of waiting for the tablet to be charged. Fast forward, 7 HOURS later, multiple broken items, that the guys assured that they (All My Son's) would replace or pay to repair. At the end of the day they bring out the tablet and go over the agreement, while talking about how people never tip them and that they work hard and should be tipped. At this point I'm seeing my charges of over $1100!!! I called one of the owners or managers and he thought he was doing me a favor by knocking off $75 for fuel. I filed a claim and had to fight to get only a portion of the cost of the damages. We moved Nov 8th, I just got my check today (1/18) I trusted Angie's list and this company to make my move easier. It has been the worst experience ever! I would never recommend this moving company! Very unexperienced employees.

Horrible! This place sent thieves to my home who stole thousands of dollars of personal property. Completely unprofessional. Hire anybody but these crooks. They have done absolutely nothing to "right" the situation. Absolutely deplorable.

They were horrible. They did show up on time. There were three men, as promised, but one of the guys was brand new and had to be shown everything, thus costing me more because of the wasted time. They did not even have to place any of the items in the home that they were moved to, just left in the garage. I initially paid a $100 deposit which was never refunded. Also, I was tole over the phone that it would be $129 an hour, but when the bill was handed to me, it showed $149 an hour charge. So, as the bill ended up at $484.00 and my deposit was $100.00, I paid almost $600 for a really crappy service. I've called and emailed, but I get no response to my request for a refund of my deposit.

Complications began from the initial contact. The team was misleading in providing the quote for their services, where one price was given however an entirely different far more inflated price end up being billed, in excess of $100/hr!!! The team arrived late, took numerous breaks including stopping to gas up their truck, all while on the clock. During the move items were broken and damaged. To date, furniture they offered to repair that they were responsible for breaking, has yet to be returned. It's been over 3 weeks!!!! Numerous attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered. Please save yourself the aggravation and hire another company!! DO NOT HIRE these
Description of Work: Exercise extreme caution when employing All My Sons moving and storage. This company was hired to move my elderly grandparents. I would NEVER use again nor recommend them for anyone else.

Several of my pieces were damaged, pieces of furniture. It was pretty poor. It was very very poor. The price was fair. I would never use them again. I would not recommend them to anyone who is moving.

While the people we're all extremely friendly, this move was a complete disaster. The estimator was way off on his time estimate. He estimated that the packing, loading, and unloading could be done in 8 hours. It took 16. The movers were unprepared and completely unorganized. The only things packed well and with care were the dishes. Everything else was just thrown into unlabeled boxes. The mover didn't have the tools they needed to take apart the bed or the treadmill even though I told the estimator it would need to be done, and they refused to put the treadmill back together at the new location. I'm only half way through unpacking and I'm finding broken and smashed items. After a 16 hour day the company wouldn't pay for the movers to get a hotel room so they were on the highway exhausted in a big truck. Just a really unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

Awful this is the email I wrote to the company after my move. I sent it three times and they never responded. Hello, I was very disappointed with how my moved went yesterday. The movers weren't able to get my couch into my new place. I had to call someone else to get the couch in my place after paying over $1,000 to your company. I have attached a picture for you of my couch in my new place. They were very negative and also claimed they wouldn't be able to get my box springs into my place which came in no problem. They also took over an hour to get from my old place to the new one which is a 10 minute drive. After telling them 3 times where to park as a building policy for moving they still attempted to come in the front door and were told by my new neighbors they had to move (taking up more time.) I also had a moving elevator at the place I was moving into and they were able to start and stop it but kept using the other elevator (taking up more time.) They should be trained better on how to move items into the elevator and into places. That is why I hired a moving company that is supposed to have professional movers, not to pay a company over $1,000 and then still have to call in additional help. I need to be reimbursed for all of these issues I had. Please updated me asap. Thank you,

Unfortunately the crew had not worked together in the past. One of the crew members had a personal issue that made the process take longer. But they took accountability for the work. The owner took everything into account and made some appropriate adjustments and made it right. I would use them again, based on the owner's actions.
Description of Work: I have used them twice. In June, they were phenomenal. They moved our furniture to the garage. They were speedy and careful with our furniture. When we moved they gave us a better price.

To begin with the moving folks seemed nice and polite, I knew that it was going to take awhile to pack the truck up so around lunch time I offered to buy pizza or sandwiches for everyone (four movers). The response that I got caught me off guard, I was asked if lunch would cut into the gratuity that I would give them at the end of the day? I about fell over, but said no. I had no idea that I had to tip them. I tipped each $25.00. they looked at me in discuss and then I knew that I was in trouble. On Dec. 18th, 2015 when they delivered my furniture and boxes, they ( a different bunch) were nice, polite and quick. It wasn't until I started to unpack boxes and examine furniture that I found lots of scratches on tables, furniture and bed frames plus broken drawers, tables , lamp shades and of all else lost bolts to my dining room table. I also learned that an entire box of wine and liquor was stolen where I had wrapped towels around each bottle to keep them safe. I also got a call a day later that they forgot to bring half a truck load, which made me very upset. I hadn't realized that they didn't deliver a few things. I even tipped these guys after the first day of delivery. They did buy bolts to put my dining room table back together. Since then, I decided to have my handy man fix and glue everything that he could repair and live with the scratched furniture and broken shades. As a first time home buyer after living in an apt. for over 30 years, this was the worse experience of my life and will never ever use this company again. B TW I have told all my friends and family in the past year not to use these uncaring folks who don't care about their customers. It was awful and I'm still reeling a year later. Thx for reading and please don't use this company for your move...
Description of Work: It's been almost a year since I moved into my new house where it took me this long to reflect on my experience with this awful moving company. I hired All My Sons to move and store my furniture and other things for three weeks until it was time to move into the house. They showed up and packed things (I packed a lot of it myself beforehand) and loaded everything on the truck. This was on Nov. 30th, 2015 for the first move then the actual delivery to my house on Dec. 18, 2015.

All my son's broke - broke - broke my furniture. They threw my stuff off of the truck. Broke the back leg of my sofa , scratched and dented several bookcases and tables and my antique buffet, slit a huge hole in one of my canvas paintings, threw my plastic bins full of glass vases around when I specifically told them to handle with care (I had bubble wrapped all of the items several times but that doesn't help when they throw your bins on concrete). I told the guys when they arrived to take special care of these specific bins, and the head guy got smart with me and said, "We know what we are doing!" I had a headboard made of antique doors and they threw them off of the truck onto the grass and broke them (my neighbor who witnessed it, told me later that is how they ended up busted). After all of that, they left a ton of stuff in our garage that we could not move after. And then!!! bid the job at $1400 BUT charged us $2800! They took 10 hours (because they spent more time arguing than carrying furniture) and in the end just packed my dining room full of boxes instead of placing them in the rooms that were marked on the boxes. I was supposed to have four guys but only 3 showed up that could work - the fourth had back problems and drove the truck over and then left. The three moving guys argued the whole time about who was going to move what and called each other names. I called the office and Jason Courtney had an attitude and said, "what do u want me to do about it!" Seriously find another mover if you do not want your furniture and accessories damaged and end up being charged double the estimate.

The move seemed to take a bit longer than expected, but after seeking feedback from others, they said that the price and time spent was fair. From the initial contact with All My Sons, I was very impressed with how courteous and helpful they were with setting up our move. They followed up when they said they would to schedule the actual move and arrived just a little after the time that they said they would arrive. I was ultimately very disappointed in their service after the move. We did have a armoire that was heavily scratched in the move, which I totally understand happening. We also had a floor lamp go missing. Even though my father in law says that he saw it get loaded on the truck, we waited until we did the final cleaning of our old home to confirm that we had not made a mistake. When it was not there we called All My Sons to see if it had been left on the truck by accident or placed in a lost and found. After my wife spoke with them, we had no response after 4 days. She called back and they told her to call the claims department. So it is my understanding that they would have never called us back and just hoped that we let it go. After that the gentleman that handles claims said they they can only cover part of the cost. We have the model number, receipt and lamp shade from the lamp they did not deliver. In the end I would have been much happier if they took ownership of their mistake instead of throwing words like "federal mandate" and "state law" at me. It seems as though this gentleman probably deals with upset people on a consistent basis, as most of they people calling him have just had their personal property lost or damaged. I just wish that he could have displayed a little more empathy in the situation. There is no chance that I would ever recommend or use All My Sons services ever again.
