The provider came to the house and took a complete chemical panel. They provided chemicals for the correction of the issue and provided step by step instructions for the next 3-4 days to correct the situation with the water. Every step provided and all of the chemicals were exactly what was required to correct the issue. The water was clear and beautiful within the exact time frame they indicated would be required to correct the situation.
Description of Work: Reviewed pool chemical combination and assessed the issues with the water.

All American Pools of Cincinnati did a good job. My experience with them was all right. The original owners sold it and the company wasn't as good as the original, but we still used them and liked them.
Description of Work: They installed a pool liner on our pool.

WE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THE FACT THAT WE PAID SO MUCH FOR THE POOL AND THE INSTALLATION OF THE POOL WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. OTHER THAN GIVING US A LIST OF SUB CONTRACTORS THAT WE HAVE CALLED AND NOT GOTTEN A RESPONSE FROM, THEY CANT HELP US GET THE POOL UP AND READY FOR USE.
