Description of Work: Tom had remodeled my master bath and a half bath in August and did a great job. I wanted my hall bath converted to a shower. Tom and his crew removed the old bathtub, the tub surround and the old floor. They then installed a shower base, shower doors, new floor and shower tile, new toilet and vanity. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Tom and would not hesitate to call him again.

Description of Work: Quoted price was very good. Kept the house very clean especially considering the amount of demo needed. Did not communicate well at critical points. Window slide was broken without explanation and floor tile was not laid correctly (pattern not correct). All in all the guys were very friendly and easy to work with, just make sure to communicate well while the work is being completed.

Description of Work: Tom from All that Tile performed a superb job! We remodeled two bathrooms that share a wall and both were complete tear downs. The first bathroom was done in two weeks which included moving a wall two feet with all the plumbing and electrical associated with it. Tom made sure that we always had a full bathroom available and actually did the copper piping twice to enable this. It would've been easier to leave us without a bathroom for a day or two but he always had our family in mind. Tom is a perfectionist and true master when it comes to tile. I was impressed with his attention to detail. At the end of the day he cleaned and organized everything beyond our expectations. Our master took about eight weeks due to it's large size and incredible amount of details our designers added to the overall project. Our bathroom included a six foot wide shower with two rain showers and a handheld in addition to a large six foot tub. We also replaced a large window and Tom worked with our contractor to make sure that both jobs could be done without affecting our overall timeline. Tom worked seamlessly with our designers and us to make sure everything was according to plan and suggested improvements to make things more functional. He takes pride in his work and it shows. We would love to have him back to do more work. After 10 weeks working daily with him we consider him a friend. We are so impressed with his work that I'm actually putting together a picture CD documenting our full remodel from start to finish.

Description of Work: All About Tile just finished installing a kitchen backsplash for me. I am extremely pleased with how it turned out. The owner (Tom) and the installer (Rick) were professional, helpful, and on time during both the planning and the installation process. I am planning to work with Tom again on a master bath shower remodel later this spring. He is based in the Colerain area but has been willing to drive to my house three times to help answer my questions. He is always on time and quick to follow up by either phone or email. I'm looking forward to the shower remodel instead of dreading the process.

Answered my questions completely. Scheduled work within a week. Arrived promptly. Finished work in the time period he had estimated. Cleaned up work area after work was complete. I was very pleased with my experience with this company. Would recommend "All About Tile" to others.
Description of Work: Tile in master shower was cleaned. Grout was partially removed and regrouted. Grout was sealed. Tub/shower was recaulked. Shower head was replaced. Tile by front door threshold was caulked.

+ 0 moreTom Moore, the owner, appointed Rick and another staff member to do my job. After meeting with Rick, he described thoroughly what he would do, what he would reccommend, and the date he could do the work. Since I would not be here, I was hesitant to leave a key for them, but Rick and Tom both assured me they were here to do the work, not wander through my house or get into things. Rick and his co-worker showed up on the beginning date, completed the work that needed to be done that day (removing old tile, old vanity, and laying new tile, needing to come back the next day to grout and install new vanity/plumbing and do the touch-up work around the tile base.) When I came home, I found my living room furniture covered in plastic wrap to protect from any dust or work particles. I found this to be very thoughtful and wondered how many other companies would take the time to protect adjoining room furniture like this. Rick left his home phone # for me if I had any questions after the first day. When I came home the second day, I found my garage completely cleaned of any remnants they had left (old vanity, old tile) and garage floor swept. The bathroom project was done above and beyond what I had expected: Rick had even taken the time to grout some loose tile back in for me that was not included with the original job estimate. A person could not tell anyone had been in the house: dust covers in the living room were removed and EVERYTHING cleaned spotless. The bathroom project was done much better than I could have ever imagined. I will definitely refer friends and family to this company for the honesty, work ethic, and professionalism they show. Great job RIck, Tom, and staff!

They made sure they did things like the way I wanted. They cleaned up everyday. Their punctuality and fact that they were going to be there was a huge plus. I have talked to him about redoing my kitchen as well.

+ 1 moreWe’ve used them twice and I would recommend them. One of their problems is that they go fast and we would rather have them go slowly and get it perfect. They were okay but we would have them tear some things out and start over if we weren’t happy with it. I think they were probably happy to leave! Anything they did with tile was excellent and he did a very good job with the cabinets as well. Towards the end, the main guy went to other jobs and had one of his other employees finish the job. Because of that, I don’t think we will use them again.
Description of Work: All About Tile installed cabinets for our entertainment center. They also put ceramic tiles in my bathroom and fixed several other things in my house.
