The company workers did a great job, they were on time and did quality work, I'm very pleased.

This company exceeded my expectations on a difficult floor refinish. They not only showed up when scheduled, they completed 3 full rooms on time. They guided us to the correct floor color given the conditions as well as the finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing refinishing. We are extremely pleased with the results.

They did a beautiful job. The guys were very careful. I am just delighted as to how perfect the color worked with the rest of the house. I told them what I wanted and they picked the perfect color for my hardwood floors. The toe molding was perfect.

I wish I would have asked about doing 3 layers of polyurethane, instead of just getting two. They did a very good job and cleaned up everything when they were done!

Ed and Jerald (?) were remarkable in getting me scheduled and managing the job on the timing promised. The entire team was courteous, professional and considerate of the clean up and communication with me as the customer. I'm especially pleased and grateful that they were able to do the job very quickly after my quote was given, as I was in a rush to get into the space. I can't say enough about how pleased I am! Mary

The work Alkass did looks great and was done timely and their quote came in significantly lower than other contractors that we spoke with. My only comment is that they got stain all over the baseboards which now needs to be painted over. Overall I’d recommend them.

Et did a great job. I was in a pinch to get the final coat done on a hardwood refinish job. Et was able to provide a quote the same business day and complete the work the next business day. The floor was dry the day after that. I called on a Friday and the floor was dry on a Tuesday. I am sure that this quick of a turnaround will not always be possible depending on the job and their work load but it was sure quick in my case! They can definitely be trusted to do what they say they will do and get the job done right. Thanks again!

There were some minor miscommunications about the work and the schedule between us and the workers, but a text or phone call quickly resolved all the concerns. The floors look very nice, and they were able to match stains between different rooms.

The crew got the flu during the week. They didn't want to bring it to our house so that slowed down the process . Personally I was glad that they kept the flu away. They called and we got our floors finished and they look beautiful.

ET and his crew wasted no time , sanded all floors and installed new floor in kitchen in one day, stained and two coats of clear in 3 days , floors look great and he gave us a great price , will recommend to anyone looking for floor work .

The team at Alkass Flooring and Design are AMAZING!!! I purchased my flooring (Pergo Laminate Wood Flooring) from local big-box retailer and had it delivered to my house. The big-box sent a horrible installer to my house who looked for every opportunity not to have to work that day. I sent him home and told the flooring company not to bother sending anyone else. I contact Alkass and they sent someone to my house that day to look at my floor and provide an install estimate which was VERY COMPETITIVE!! The team at Alkass had a whole crew of about 5 or 6 guys at my house the next morning at 8:30am and they had my floor installed and looking BEAUTIFUL within about 4 hours. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ALKASS! They are an awesome team. I will be installing more Pergo flooring in my house within the next 6 months and I will only use Alkass to install the flooring. Et scheduled the appt and he was here on time. I had select surfaces laminate flooring put doe in whole house. Et and his guys would also need to fix or blend where my husband stopped and cut off at the door when he tried to do the work. The quote he gave me wasreasonable and he stared the following week. The guys were here on time, they got to work quickly and did a great job. They cleaned as they worked and had as little waste as possible. At one point we had some concern about a small section, without hesitation they took the floor up and fixed or adjusted some things and we were pleased with the results. They finished in the time frame given and I couldn't be more pleased. I will have them back to do the floors in the bathrooms and back splash.
