For as old as the floors are they turned out very nice stay on schedule for completion to keep work moving nice company to work with would hire again

As a general contractor and real estate investor I have probably had 50 floors refinished. This is the best work that I have seen.

Excellent job , fair price , cleaned up after the job was finished , only wish I would have asked for more stain samples, Workers were on time everyday , finished the three bedrooms in the time frame stated, Very good work at a very good price, would highly recommend them

Et and his team were simply amazing. He walked me through the entire process of refinishing our floors and didn t skip out on a single detail. I was skeptical because our floors were in pretty bad shape. Et s confidence in his work put me at ease and the floors turned out great. I m honestly shocked that anyone gives this company less than 5 stars. We couldn t be happier with the results.

Alkass made my floors look fantastic. Very prompt contacting me, they were honest, and they were knowledgable about their work. One evening he even called me apologizing that the weather did not cooperate, causing high indoor humidity, and they were unable to put another coat on that day. I completely understood that they cannot control the weather and appreciated his honesty. Very tidy and left no trace after the crew was finished. I would recommend Alkass to my friends and family.

Et and his team refinished the hardwood floors for three bedrooms and the adjoining upstairs landing of my home. Pro: - the floors look great. This was the overall goal of the project and his team did a fantastic job. - the floors were done in the time frame originally estimated. - This was the cheapest of the estimates I had for the project so the pricing was competitive or better. Con: - communication and customer service were both so poor. - First, Et was late the morning he was supposed to come and give me an estimate. He did not call or contact me about it until I texted him an hour after he was scheduled to arrive. - Second, although the job was completed on time, there were never any updates about the project unless I reached out to ask. - Third, there was not any discussion of what color shoe molding Et would put down when the floors were completed. He did not ask me what color I wanted and in fairness to him I did not mention it either (because I did not really know to ask). Then his team put down bright white shoe molding. This was despite the fact that there was oak molding all over the rest of my home (including in areas they removed the oak molding to refinish) and my baseboards are off white so the perfect white just looked bad. When I realized this after the job was over, I reached out to him and offered to PAY to have his team switch it back out to oak molding since we never discussed it up front. At that point, he just stopped responding to me at all. - Et was disorganized when it came to arranging payment and method of payment. Overall, I am happy with the floors. I would advise anyone who hires Alkass to plan to do a bunch of communication up front to ensure expectations will be met.

The company did my daughters floor and we recommended them to my niece. She also hired this company and was very pleased. However, I guess I was just lucky thru Home Advisor that they called me. I had their phone number they gave and all you get is a Spanish voicemail. I again referred this company to my cousin. She called and called and no answer. She said she went on Home Advisor but never heard back. So that being said, there a great company if they ever call you back. So no, I will not refer this company anymore.

Our jaws dropped when we say the results of the refinished floors! We could not be happier! 1.100 sqr ft of hardwood done on schedule. Alkass came on time, very friendly and they helped us decide which color stain to use. The 1957 built house looks brand new. The value for the money is 5 stars!

In my opinion just another in a long line of flaky contractors. Could not keep appointment dates straight, poor at comminicating work schedules and times, left trash laying around after first day of work (no cleanup) and ultimately never showed up for a rescheduled appointment date and did not return communication related to if the day had to be rescheduled. If you like being treated this way then hire these guys. if not, keep looking.

Et and Harold did a great job from start to finish...we had them strip and refinish 800 square feet of hardwood...they were on time for every meeting and walked us through everything before anything was done. Very open and honest about the whole process....I would absolutely recommend them to anyone

Ed and his team are super personable and great to work with. I live in an old house with original wood flooring that needed some tender love and care. I also was on a tight timeline to complete the project for my son's new room. The job was completed quickly. Received an estimate, called to schedule within the same week and the work was finished within 4 days of scheduling! The floors look amazing! I couldn't be happier. The only downside was dealing with the smell of the stain and a bit more sawdust spread than I had anticipated. I will definitely be using Alkass Flooring again as I continue updating the flooring throughout my property.
