In today's world it was a pleasant surprise to find a company that shows up on time, does quality work, at a reasonable price. We would highly recommend Alkass to anyone needing flooring or ceramic work done. Each and everyone of their employees were courteous and did everything possible to answer any of our questions. They will be our go to flooring company from here on out !!

My floors turned out absolutely beautiful! They were quick and responsive and reasonable compared to competitors. The color is beautiful. All around very happy with the outcome! The only thing I would note is that when they did the stairs, they only did the tread, not the riser and tread. It said treads on the paperwork, so that’s my fault for not realizing it wasn’t the entire step. I reached out to ALKASS to see if I could get a quote to have the rest of them finished, but no response. So I did have to find someone to refinish that part which was a slight pain, but overall very happy with them the results!

They were good to work with. I asked for a specific start date a couple of weeks in advance, and they met the schedule. Happy with the newly refinished floors!

They removed tile, installed new hardwood, and sanded and refinished all the existing hardwood in the house. They did an excellent job refinishing my wood floors. It was done in a timely matter and at a great price. I love my floors...they are beautiful!

They were punctual and were kind. Before contracting them, be sure about the number of layers they will apply, so you will know what are you paying for. The finishing was ok, not perfect, they only applied 2 layers of water-base, a worker told me that the ideal is more layers. I am not an expert and always hope that the contractors will do the work as expected.

I didn't receive a call to confirm the start time on the agreed date. When I phoned to inquire, it was clear that an oversight had been made. This was corrected promptly and the work performed was done very professionally.

Removed carpet and toe strips, sanded and refinished living room, dining room and hallway. Great experience! Showed up when promised and really went to it getting the job done quickly including some extra work. Kept me updated all the way and was very responsive to questions and giving advice and information on this and other projects. Job looks outstanding. We will certainly use again.

He was very nice to work with but left quite a bit of mess with again on trim and brickwork. Had a lot of work to do after they left with caulking up things they did not. Overall floors like very nice but left a large amount of mess and said *your trim already looked bad anyways*.

guys did a great job but afterwards I had to touch up the floor molding as urethane splashed up as well as some molding scuffs.

Ed was professional and courteous from the day he gave an estimate to the day the project was finished. The quality of the work was excellent. The finished hardwood floors completely changed the look of our house. Ed offered to refinish another section of floor at a discounted cost. I will reccomend Alkass to friends and family.
