They are punctual and work very efficiently. Hired to stain and refinish an old wood floor that wasn't in great shape. The results are fantastic! Great attention to detail.

Et arrived early for the initial quote which was sign #1. Once I hired him for the job, his team arrived early and completed the refinish of ~300 sq ft. in a single day. They wasted no time and were very friendly throughout the entire process. In addition, they were open to any additional inputs that I may have had while observing and also dropped some process knowledge on me as well. Very professional, very fast, and reasonably priced.

made a mess in garage, Used rubber mallet on face of wood leaving hundreds of scuffs, dented side of boards when installing boards with rubber mallet, did not recognize bad boards that lacked finish, they put them in anyway, did not mix up boxes of wood, put same boards out of box in an area without mixing in wood from others. Would not recommend them to anyone, nor ever use them again

I went from dull old floors to beautiful floors in just three days

I had an old 1988 engineered hardwood floor in the basement bar area that had water damage from a leaking bar fridge. We knew it would be difficult to match and repair. Et found a solution and the repair looks terrific. I will definitely use his company again.

End product was good, though their communication is absolutely terrible. They arrived late every single day, and had to come back to fix some molding. The floors look good, but the process could have been much less stressful had they been more communicative and professional.

The floors in our rental property were in sad shape and we had a short time frame before our tenants were moving in, they quickly and professionally worked absolute magic on our floors at a great price. I feel confident they will be easier to clean and maintain, and it adds value to our home.

They were very careful with protecting my walls and window. They did everything they said they would do. Showed up on time and worked until job was finished. I have another flier to do and will definitely contract them to to do the work.

We had a different crew each time work needed to be done, so some parts of the floor was prepared better and the finish was not applied evenly in some areas.

they were great at sanding and refinishing my floor. Their patching work was not good. They used a lot of wood filler and it shows.

I hired Alkass to finish a hallway that my husband sanded. They were very flexible on the timing. We only decided a few days before we left on vacation to hire the work to be completed while we were gone. We left for vacation and return to a job well done! My parents said they were very professional, arrived on time. I would hire them again.

They were great and did a lovely job. They repaired some damaged wood spots for me too, which went above and beyond. There was more dust than I expected which has taken awhile to clean everything., so I'd just say, make sure you have adjoining rooms cleared out too.
