An absolute nightmare. Roofed my house in June of 2015, the day the job was completed it rained and water came pouring into the garage from the chimney. They came back out the next day and redid the flashing only because I hadn't given them the final payment. Then approximately a year later a large chunk of my ceiling in a corner of the garage was coming down. I had a 5 year warranty so immediately started calling, left messages for months with no reply, out of frustration from no reply I gave up..... this is Will Moore's game, he wants you to give up. Three years into my new roof on the opposite side of the house from the garage over one of my bedrooms we started noticing some cracks in the ceiling finish which had never been there before. Around that time we had an electrician connecting a wire on the roof and he alerted us to the fact that the roof was unsafe in that area and it was completely rotten. Again I started calling Will Moore with the same results.... months of calling and no reply. I really didn't know what to do so once again I gave up. Right around the 5 year mark we started noticing water staining in our garage around the stacks. Again I started calling with the same results. We had insulation blown into our attic above the living space which is the only thing saving that area of the house, the garage does not have blown insulation which is why it is really taking the brunt of the damage you can see. Here I am having paid Will Moore $10,000 for a roof that was installed incorrectly and is absolutely failing and no idea what to do about it and no funds to fix it. This summer my son was cleaning out the gutters and he said mom "this roof is really bad in numerous spots , completely rotten in numerous places". I'll be honest, I did alot of crying...... but I gathered myself up and started researching this man. My roof was put on under the company name ACS roofing however in my paperwork AIM Construction was listed as buying my shingles. I had a random number written on my folder with the name Sam, I remembered this was Will's father and the reason I had his name and number was because he had picked up the final check. Out of desperation I called Sam, I was surprised to hear from Sam that he had moved away from Cincinnati and he no longer spoke to his son because of some shady business happenings. I do believe that at some time Sam was involved in ownership of AIM Construction but I'm still looking into it. Begrudgingly Sam Moore gave me a number for Will and made it clear he didn't care what problem I was having and didn't want to hear from me again. The number turns out to be for AIM Construction and one of two numbers listed on my roofing paperwork so of course this was a number I had already been calling. Fast forward to the end of October 2022 and my roof situation is now dire. I called out another REPUTABLE roofing company who quoted me $14,000 for a complete tear off and all new plywood and all new shingles. They said it could not be saved as more problems would just start popping up. This quote does not cover all the other damage being fixed, hole in the garage, water staining, refinish bedroom ceiling or replacement of damaged insulation in the attic. At this point I was enraged so I started trying to find this man any way that I could. I found a facebook page for Will Moore which is not affiliated with either construction company and just started messaging him. Finally after a few nasty messages he answered back........6 years after I started trying to contact him, he is now answering, not very nicely but hey any contact is a positive in my mind. Of course Will starts saying my warranty is expired, of course I reminded him of the many times I tried to contact him within the 5 years of the warranty. Eventually he says he closed ACS Roofing and sorry I got missed and then started blaming the shingle company. He told me to get a home inspection from an unbiased inspector and immediately started blaming KOI Shingles and said I also needed to contact them. I did both, Roof is Will's fault, shoddy workmanship and installed completely wrong and I can't file a claim with KOI because I don't have the original purchase receipt, AIM Construction has that. I let Will know all this and provided detailed pictures of the roof and the damage, not a shock but Will ended all communication at that point. I have continued to call his numbers throughout and kept calling and to my utter surprise several days ago he answered, he stated in the call he thought I was a building inspector that he was meeting with but that he would contact his KOI Shingle rep and get back with me, he hasn't of course. A friend recommended contacting the Attorney General, we have now done that and not surprised to find out ACS Roofing has multiple other complaints filed with them on this company. Being Will purchased my shingles through AIM in my paperwork it is undeniable that these 2 companies are one in the same. When ACS started having all these problems he simply went back to just solely using the name AIM. In my roofing paperwork both company names were used. Will Moore likes to respond that people don't know what 3 dimensional shingles look like, I want to address this because 17 years ago I had them put on my previous home which my father now lives in, installed properly they are gorgeous and in 17 years there has not been 1 issue at that house. The shingles on my roof now that he installed look AWFUL and on top of that it has dozens of problems. Please be aware that this is not an honest contractor, if he has done work for you in the past I urge you to have that work rechecked, if he is working on your property now be aware of the outcome that myself and many many others have had with this man, if you are looking at him or his company to do work for you currently, please keep looking, I do not want to see this happen to anyone else. I am on the road to pursue him through legal means but I'm sure he would not have the money to fix the problem no matter the outcome, people like him never do. JUST PLEASE BE WARNED

the work was good on the back of the house. The work on the front was like a patch work quilt. it looks terrible. like they ran out of shingles and started putting small cut pieces together to make a shingle. I told the company i was not happy. I told todd the regional boss first. he said he would come out and look at it. he did not . i called again he said and did the same thing again. i filed a complaint with the BBB. and the people from corp came out. i told them i was not happy. They said to me that it was the angle i was veiwing the roof from. they also said it had not settled give it some time. Well some time has past and my house still looks like a very bad patch job. They where supposed to do the gutters. i had to get on them back out. that.took a week or so for them to get workers to my home to fix that. they put the gutters uo and did not leave my gutter guard or put them uo. this company has done nothing to make me happy. this has been the worst experirence. The manger not only lied to me several times but basicly told me to live with his crap work and he wants nto be paid in full. i would not use this company or recommend Todd Mcdonald for anything. the work is sup-par . the guest service is no exsistant. they do not care if your satistfied just that they get paid IU understand but byou must do they work you promised and if your customer is not happy then make it right.

Response from Aim Construction LLC
[member name removed] obviously does not know what a three dimensional roof is supposed to look like. We pointed out to him that a dimensional shingle has small pieces that are glued on the shingle from the manufacture, this gives it the dimensional look. The back of his house is elevated and hard to see from the back, the front of the house is much lower and easier to see exactly what the shingles look like. We have had another company look at his roof and an engineer and both agree that the roof is perfectly fine. Unfortunately this was a ploy by [member name removed] to get out of paying his bill as his checks bounced from the bank because he spent the insurance money on something else. It was eventually proven in court that his roof was installed professionally and correctly by my company and was forced by the courts to pay for the work completed,

They left tar on our white siding that we had to clean ourselves. They broke the channel lock around the vinyl siding. The leaf gutter screen was not replaced on half of the roof, we aren't sure if they were thrown away but they are nowhere to be found. The ridge cap was put on backwards which my husband noticed when he went on the roof. Some of the new shingles they installed already have broken corners. They used white paint on something and the paint is on the new shingles and on our sidewalk. They worked an hour in pitch black dark the first night. They said they were using the garage light from the next door neighbors and they were using flashlights. We had to ask them to stop working. Oil from their trucks leaked all over our brand new concrete that we had laid just about a year ago. We had called them after the first day about the ridge cap and we were told they would be here the next day to fix it. About 4 days later a rep for the company called to see if they had came and taken care of the issues and we let her know they hadn't. We waited a few more days later and called the rep and let her know we did not want them to come back since we had waited 8 days for them to come back. My husband and I actually missed worked because we were told they were going to come and fix the issues so we decided to use another company.

After the roof was approved she helped me with my colors and the roof was built within a matter of a day, the crew was great and they even did more work than they were paid for. i would say they went above and beyond what they needed to do. The quality of work was Excellent
Description of Work: Aim Construction representative Jennifer came out to my house the first time and we went through the insurance company and the house did not get approved. They assured me that they would fight the claim on my behalf and get my house approved. After a short while of AIM.s hard work and dedication they were able to get my roof approved and the interior damage that needed to be addressed. After that she was there throughout the entire duration and helped me along the way through the process.

Went great on roof and around house. The AIM's claims specialist was there for us thru the whole process. the roofers starting at 8:30 AM, took 1/2 hour lunch and finished by 7:00 PM with everything clean and completed. Plumbing vents were painted to match our upgraded roof. VERY PLEASED.
Description of Work: I had storm damage to my shingles and had an AIM contractor come out to assess the damage, next day AIM's Insurance claims representative met with us with a list of roofing instructions, we contacted our insurance company that night. The very next day the insurance adjuster and the AIMS's representative met at my house and got my roof approved. Insurance company wrote check that day and AIM construction was here the next day replacing my roof. Was finished by 7pm and everything was cleaned as if they were not even there.
