Description of Work: I requested an additional estimate for more mulch than I purchased on the big deal. This estimate was more than I wanted to spend so I said we would just stick with the big deal amount. They said they thought they might be able to come out the next week. No one came. I sent a text and heard nothing. They didn't come the following week either. In the meantime I was trying to keep the weeds down in all my flower beds. Eventually they texted to let me know they sold too many deals and could not get to everyone. I thought this was unprofessional. In addition, they still had the ad up on Angie's List for a big deal. I'm guessing if I would have bought the additional mulch they would have showed up.

Description of Work: I bought this service to have mulch delivered and spread. When I contacted the company to schedule I was told that they could not do this until late summer because too many people took advantage of this offer. This was unacceptable to me so I would like my $165.00 refunded to my credit card.

Description of Work: Purchased Big Deal for $400 of mulch with installation for $165. After several days heard back from them that they were too busy and could not complete it. The deal continued to run for several days, so I am not sure why they would offer a big deal if they were that busy.
