Mark and Scott were incredible!! At our door on a SATURDAY in Miamisburg, Ohio less than 24 hours after I called. Also important to note, Mark was on vacation in Florida on Friday. Very personable and excellent service. Cleanest demo we have ever seen. Thank you so much for making a very frustrating process as smooth as possible.

Mr Smith returned my call, and came out to evaluate the situation the same day. He was very friendly and informative. I received an estimate later that day and work was started and completed within two days.
Description of Work: Remove mold and treat area in basement, due water leak in foundation. As a result of their great work and removal of a vanity in bathroom, they identified the cracked foundation. I would definitely use them again.

It went well. He took 3 samples: One sample from the outside, one air sample from the closet and the one stain sample from the closet floor. He sent them out to the lab and he sent me the report the next day.
