Description of Work: They did some mold testing for me. He was very understanding when I had to cancel last minute. He came out the next day. The test results were back the day after.

Description of Work: Mark came out and accessed the mold situation. He took pictures and sent an assessment with a quote for fixing it. We basically just wanted to know if there was mold in the house. The owners are taking care of fixing it.

Description of Work: They inspected the house for mold and took samples that were sent to a lab for analysis. They were very professional and responsive. In my case, there was no mold.

Description of Work: They came in and identified and took pictures of mold, gave us an estimate and that we would have to be out of the house when they fumigated it over a period of 2 days but we could return in the evening.

Description of Work: I had a tenant that became convinced there was mold in his unit after a water leak was found and repaired. While I didn't think that was the case, I decided to have it tested. Action came out and did the testing, and verified the absence of mold. The tenant who had sworn he was having problems with the non-existent mold never raised the issue again. (And I know he would have if he actually had any sickness from mold.) I found Action to be prompt, conscientious, very reasonably priced and trustworthy. He could have "found" mold and charged me a lot more. Given my expertise with mold issues, I would have been vulnerable.

Description of Work: I bought a deal for $299 for whole house mold survey with three air samples, plus a report. Scheduling and everything was fine.

Description of Work: Took care of a mold problem we had in a lower level bedroom. Cleaned walls, woodwork and primed all surfaces. Would have loved it if they had done the finish painting, but that's not in the nature of their business.

Description of Work: Contacted company to take a look at mold on lower door jam and window frame from excess condensation. They came out the next day. Because the area was small and only on the surface (thank goodness!) he recommended that we purchase a product ourselves at Home Depot. He was very, very nice and professional. Looked over all of the areas of our concern and said it really was not much to worry about and told us how to take care of it now and in the future. I could definitely recommend them. Very good people.
