 + -1 moreWe shop here regularly. It's a small store with great service and Ace usually have what you need. This trip, we needed a new indoor/outdoor thermometer, and they had several styles in stock. While their prices are higher than the big box chains, Ace beats them with personal service and convenience. Plus, they have free popcorn!

 + -1 moreGentleman assisted purchases but provided unhelpful commentary based on my choices for refinishing my cabinents. I am annoyed with the way i was treated. Subsequent trips have been better and prefer over bigger hardware stores.

 + -1 moreThey are very helpful. It is a small place. Most of the employees are knowledgeable. If I need something, they stay there with me. I needed a washer and the guy showed me all the washers he had. If I buy something and that is not the right part, they take it back. I spent $5 on those parts. Their prices wary, so I need to watch that.
