gutter cleaning

Cleaning was accomplished but did not repair and secure gutter guards. Offered a 6 month warranty but did not honor. After 5 months, contacted the owner (Bob) about cleaning and repairing the gutter guards again (They had not been secured and were hanging off the edge of the roof) and refused to acknowledge his warranty. After offering to pay for his services, he was non-responsive to messages and did not respond to repeated requests to provide services.
Description of Work: Clean gutters and repair gutter guards.
