Scott was on time; he was knowledgeable. He identified 2 problems & came prepared with supplies to make the fixes. He tested before & after to ensure problems corrected!

On time, had good availability, easy to reach by phone, returned calls promptly, completed work within time frame, price estimated, did good work.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for the cleaning of my dryer vent. I needed, however to replace the dryer prior to the service. As a large portion of the vent was new, Scott put the cost of my deal towards replacement of a corroded portion of the vent. Scott was punctual and a pleasure to work with. I know that I will be using Scott at ABC services for future handyman needs.

He did a great job - shortened and cleaned the dryer vent inside, inspected and cleaned the outside opening, and left the site neat and tidy. He was personable and professional and honest - he forgot to give us our Angie's List discount and came back before leaving the property to refund that amount. Impressive!

ABC Services was recommended to me. They did a very thorough job and the price was quite reasonable. He made good suggestions and corrected a problem with installation of the vent.

He went right to work finding over 4ft. of nesting blocking the vent. He removed two live birds and one dead one, as well as all the blocking materials. He even removed the lower back of the dryer and completely cleaned it out. Wonderful man who knows exacly what he is doing. Got the job done in short order and got it done correctly. $138.00 too, thank you very much, Scott. I would use him over and over and over again. Trust me he's worth a mint!!

Everything went smoothly from scheduling the visit to completion of work. Scott was very good and took the time to explain what he was doing and what had been found in the vent. Scott also took a look at a first floor mud room that previously had a dryer connected to a separate vent, for no additional charge. The dryer works much better (as it should!) that at our previous home so there probably is a blockage at the previous home! Very happy and would not hesitate to recommend Scott/ABC Services LLC.

Awesome! Scott explained how the birds were entering the house and how the vent covers warp over time from the direct sunlight over the years. Work was completed satisfactory and we are very pleased to have use of the guest bathroom again. I called on Monday and was provided with an appointment for Saturday of the same week!

This person was amazing. He came out listened to what I had to say about the dryer, took the job and went with it. He proceeded to take face off at the bottom, swept all in there, pulled the machine out, took the back off cleaned it out and started to sweep the vent under the house. noticed it was falling apart and proceeded to tell me and show me what needed to be done. He took the issue and went under the house and provided the parts on the first visit. He took the time to do it right. Sears was out there and it was like a race before. I will use this company again. I understand he does alot of jobs and I will surely call him again.

It went great - Scott was able to locate that the smell was coming from a dead animal within the vent. He did a thorough cleaning and replaced the vent cover. He provided me with a list of his services for the future. Great guy!

Great. Scott was able to schedule us quickly. He did a thorough job and didn't try and upsell us on anything as I've heard often happens with these types of services. It wasn't the easiest job as our dryer isn't against an exterior wall and thus there was some distance of ductwork that had to be cleaned out. Not to mention it hadn't been done in 5+ years... Great experience!

I call on Wednesday and Scott came on Thursday. He texted me 35 minutes before he came which was awesome.
