Scott came out the day after I contacted him. He arrived on time. He used a brush attached to a large shop vac to suck out all of the lint and cleaned up the area after he was finished. I was getting some lint in the laundry room and he pinpointed the problem. He installed a short piece of flexible tubing and hose clamps to tighten the connection. I would hire him again.

Did a good job, was on-time and unobtrusive. Well-priced. Gave maintenance tips to extend time between future services. Would hire again.

Excellent service and very professional! Scott was very punctual, knowledgeable and spent time to eliminate the lint buildup but ultimately found the majority in the back of the dryer. It very easily could have caused a fire if it wasn't cleaned. I was extremely grateful. I got complete explanation of what Scott did to fix the problem. Great service... The Service man arrived very punctually, inspected the job, selected his tools and accomplished the task in about 30 to 40 minutes. He was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient in performing the requested work.

New clamps were installed on dryer vent at back of dryer and at opening to outside to prevent future slippage. New vent cap was installed on outside wall to replace existing deteriorating cap. Dryer vent was cleaned.

Very well. I also had him give me an estimate on refinishing walls in several rooms in my basement after it is waterproofed. He is very competitively priced, very easy to work with and just a great person to do work in your home. He can do some many different things, and if you ask him about a project, for example, house painting, that he feels you'd be better served using a professional house painter, he doesn't hesitate to say so. He doesn't make promises he isn't equipped to keep.
