Scheduling with Scott was a breeze. He was able to squeeze us in within a few days. Scott showed up on time and performed the work with quality and within the estimated time (~30-45 minutes). He explained how the cleaning works, how often to get it cleaned, what the risks are, etc. He also took off the back of the dryer to clean within the lint filter. He also went above and beyond and shortened my dryer vent "hose" since it was a lot longer than it needed to be. I would recommend ABC Dryer Vent cleaning and I'll be using them again in the future. Scott was very professional. Came prepared for all the jobs. I had told him the desk could not be moved due to weight. He brought wood to act as bracing for the desk top and all the tools needed to do the jobs I had told him I wanted done. The jobs took less time than I had thought and he asked if there was anything else we wanted done. I was very impressed with his work ethic. He obviously believes in providing good service at a reasonable price. I would recommend his service.

My mother was extremely pleased with the service. The dryer vent really needed it. They dryer that had come with the condo overheated and quit. She purchased a new dryer and we talked about getting her vents cleaned to make sure nothing happened to the new dryer. She was very happy with Scott's work, and grateful we got the vent thoroughly cleaned. Scott was very prompt getting back to me when I inquired about price and scheduling. He was prompt and professional in arriving for appointment, and my mother who is 87, was very comfortable working with Scott. We couldn't have been happier. The price I quoted above is what I recall my mother ended up paying (including the pre-paid deal) and included a tip. The workscope exceeded the standard vent cleaning description as detailed on Scott's site and that of other vent cleaners, as we expected that was might well be the case.

Went well. I was concerned since it's a much older home that we would need other work done but did not and usually vent people try to convince you that you need more services, but he didn't. He gave a full explanation on what he did and I was very happy that I could now use the dryer in my new home.

It went great, couldn't have been any better. Scott responded via E-mail and set up an appointment for our requested time. He arrived punctually and performed the work as specified. He was friendly, professional, and on knowledgeable. He took great care to clean the area thoroughly and ask if there was anything else he could do. We will definitely use his services again.

It was fast an efficient. Scott explained everything he was doing. He did a great job cleaning up as well. He is a super nice guy. He was in an out in less than an hour. I will definitely have him clean my dryer vents in a few years.
