Everything went well except for a "lint warning device". It was included as part of the package. The tech had a problem getting it to work but it finally seemed to be OK. About 10 minutes after he left my wife put a load of wash in the dryer. Immediately the "lint alarm" went off. We called the tech and he immediately came back. After about 15 minutes unsuccessfully trying to get it to work, I suggested he just not put it in. He agreed and refunded $55 for the device. We were both happy with that result.

Scott did an AMAZING job. I don't normally take the time to write reviews but that's how good he was. Absolutely amazing. Professional, trustworthy, etc. He was referred to us.

Scott came over and cleaned my dryer vent. Ladder was not able to reach outside vent but he vacuumed out the inside. Thought the $115.00 original price seemed a tad high for taking a vacuum to the dryer vent.

Scott was available the day after I phoned for a dryer vent that was clogged. He was on time, professional and prompt. He located the problem and fixed it in quickly. Outstanding service and I'll be recommending him to others. He does other handyman jobs, as well, and would use him again for other services.

Great. He arrived on time and went right to work. He's very thorough and takes his time to make sure the job is done right. He has a great personality and is very professional. I also learned he does handyman work and left a long list of what he does. He charges $65 the first hour, and $45 an hour after that. I will definitely use him again and would recommend him to others. I found him in the Angies monthly booklet. He offers different monthly discounts.

I would strongly advise using Scott. He keep me up to date on all problems, then proceeded to resolve all of them in a timely fashion. He went up on the roof to check the dryer vent and found and cleaned out the wasp nest. Secondly, he went in the attic and found the joints of the vent had not been taped, so he taped them. Thirdly, he cleaned out the vent from floor through to roof. It was a mess. Finally, he took off the back of the dryer and cleaned out the inside of the dryer and under the dryer. We were very close to a possible dryer vent fire. Thank you so much Scott for your service and see you next year!! Will never wait this long to have a dryer vent/dryer cleaned again.

Same day service provided. Prompt and efficient. Did great job cleaning 8 year old dryer vent and was able to cover outside venting which had cover missing.

It went great. Very thorough, stayed here 1 3/4 hours, made sure the job was done correctly. The duct was virtually plugged after 10 years, alsofound disconnected duct by the roof. This entailed getting into the attic several times. He was "finished" when he found very low flow. Resolved by recleaning the duct ( this is when he had to go into the attic). Spent another 30 min. To resolve the problems. Put everything back together and cleanedo up. I am extremely happy with ABC and fortunate we didn't have a fire. Don't wait 10 years. l

Very responsive to emails, service was scheduled promptly after purchasing deal. Scott was personable and knowledgeable and had the job complete in under an hour. He also does general handyman services and I will be hiring him again.
