+ -1 moreThe process was extremely slow due to his unwillingness to work with my agent or communicate with his client. There were several phone calls from the seller to my agent where she didn't understand how the process worked and how Gary wasn't helping his client get the property sold. Communication is key and in the electronic age it shouldn't be so hard to communicate between people but when phone calls go and voice mail go unanswered and emails responded with faxes I can only assume he wanted to make it as difficult as possible to sell the house.
Description of Work: Gary McDowell was the selling agent of a home I purchased. From the beginning communication was an issue between my agent and him. Often there would be no response to voicemails or emails about the property and on at least one occasion he responded to an email from my agent with a faxed response. Buyer and seller beware if you end up dealing with AA Realty which is solely comprised of Gary since there is no one to answer to besides his commission check.
