A Pro Home Inspection

A Pro was very prompt in scheduling the inspection and returning calls. Inspection was thorough and the report was sent to us in a very timely manner. Cost was reasonable. Would hire again.

Tom was extremely helpful and professional. He even spoke to me while having dinner when I needed to change my appointment! He and Travis did a wonderful job with the inspection. As I first time buyer, I had many questions. They were both patient and explained things in terms I could understand. They made sure to show me how to look key aspects of the house. The inspection report was very detailed and easy to understand. The price was reasonable. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs a home inspection.

Our inspection went well and Tom was extremely thorough. With the issues that we did have, Tom walked us through everything step by step and made sure we understood the problem before moving on to the next issue. After purchasing the home, we had issues come up with the plumber and the quote that was provided. We contacted Tom to ask his opinion and he came back out to our house to look at the situation and offer his help. He went above and beyond and is a very reliable inspector. I would highly recommend him!

I expected to be at the inspection and to learn about the house that I wanted to buy. The inspectors did not want me around. I wanted the inspectors to show and tell me about major problems they found. I was told most people did not attend the inspection. They wanted to move fast and get done quickly. The inspectors missed a leak in the kitchen plumbing. The report was not specific about the water damage in the attic. Found out later that there was more damage than was pointed out to me at the time. My realtor was given the book report , I had to download the report off the internet. My realtor gave me the book at the closing and told me that the inspector said to give it to me as a "gift.'

As a realtor I rely on Tom to do a very professional job and he always delivers. He is very thorough and gives his customers a detailed overview of the house. I appreciate his friendliness and willingness to explain the problems at hand to home buyers so that they understand the structural and mechanical components, as well as the cosmetic flaws. Tom is the real deal very good at what he does and is completely honest about what can wait and what needs attention now.
