The owner is a racist, zionist, and downright creepy old man that openly condones the genocide of Palestinian people and the murder of both Israeli and Palestinian children, and openly talks about it on his public Facebook profile. When he's called out he deletes the threads. Take your electronics anywhere else. People that are as stuck in the past and delusional as Alan Immerman have no business working on modern electronics.

What I like is they seem to be competent when they do work. It seems to hold up. I think they're too pricey; they think they charge an ordinary amount. At present, they have had my computer for weeks and weeks, my main computer, and I'm trying to get it back from them. I've already paid them about $500 over this time period and I think everything should be just working wonderfully for that amount of money, but nothing's too much for computer repair people that are fixers or helpers. So I'm kinda like iffy. You know, it's hard to pin an amount on it. Computer service people or not, they're in general kinda like that. As computer service people go, I'd say they're okay. The time period they actually worked was January through the middle of March, and now they currently have my computer back again, and that's not been a satisfactory situation. I'm trying to get my computer back now and they're wanting to charge me a lot more money, and I don't know why, for what. It's a process which is not settled.

Spoke with the owner, He was soooooo nice. He covered all the basics with how the repair schedule is set, etc. Sounded really good to me. We talked a little bit, and he suggested that sometimes if there is a device plugged into a USB port, that could prevent Windows from booting. Sure enough, there were (3). Pulled out the flash drive and the computer booted right up. Knowing the issues that I could have faced with this computer not booting; we further discussed setting up a backup system for both laptops. Then in further conversation, I find out that they also work on Macs. I have an older G6 which does start; but then makes sounds. As with the laptops, it has valuable files on it as well. I will be taking all the computers to A-HI to have a backup system set up. Thank You Angie's List.

I've used them a couple of times and they were very honest about what is worth fixing and what isn't. We took a regular computer and it came back like a brand new machine so it's well worth it.

They went through the whole computer and put on an anti-virus software. I didn't care for that too much. Supposedly they went through everything to try and clean it up. It was working pretty well, but now I'm getting a lot more emails of different types that I don't like very much. They gave me a computer to rent, but I wasn't able to use it because I didn't know how.

Very customer oriented, honest. Shop location is convenient.

They found my problem (I was missing connecting a 2nd power connection) and then made sure it booted, set up my bios, and helped me as I waited. It was great!!!

I was very happy he took care of me right away and I was able to wait while he found the problem, fixed it, and got it to a place I could take over.

I heard from a neighbor, who has a similar old Sony TV, that he had it repaired at A-Hi for a reasonable cost. I have owned this TV for twenty years and it recently stopped working. Due to the age of this TV, I was told the part that failed is no longer available. They have an extensive TV graveyard in the basement, but unfortunately not containing the necessary part. A-Hi promotes the fact that older repaired TVs, being better made than current models, will outlast the newer breed. Also sparing the landfill. They only charged me the initial consult fee. My set was given to the cause.
