house cleaning

Description of Work: Cleaned second and third floor of my home but did not clean first floor at all. Dusted very well but very poor job on the bathroom. Broke an antique figurine and did not offer to compensate. Brought a second person and charged double (50.00/hr) but did not tell me in advance the charge would be double. Even though two people came to my home my first floor (living room, dining room, kitchen, entry way) was not touched. She said she had to go to another client's home and did not have time. Charged me $150.00. Called to express my concerns and she said she would reschedule another cleaning; however, she never called me or compensated me for the broken figurine.

+ -1 moreVicki met me at my home and had a brief consultation with me to determine what my needs were; did I want the whole house cleaned every time, with emphasis on certain areas (ie baseboards each month), etc. We did a walkthrough and she let me know her rate was $25 per hour and asked me if I wanted her to limit it to a maximum number of hours (we agreed on 5) and I was thrilled that she was able to complete the work during that time.
Description of Work: A total household cleaning was performed, including: bathrooms, floors, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning of appliances in kitchen, etc.
