 + -1 moreHE SPENT ABOUT 3 HOURS HERE AND FOUND SEVERAL THINGS I NEEDED TO TEND TO. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND THOROUGH, HE WAS ABLE TO PIN POINT A MOLD PROBLEM BEFORE IT BECAME SERIOUS, SO THAT WE COULD TAKE CARE OF IT. HE ALSO FOUND A LEAKING VALVE IN THE FURNACE SYSTEM. HE IS VERY WILLING TO HELP SENIOR CITIZENS AND WORK WITH THEM.
Description of Work: WE HAD A WINTER HOME INSPECTION.
