+ -1 moreMR. SHANG IS AN ENGINEER FROM CHINA WHO EMIGRATED TO THE U.S. AND STARTED HIS OWN COMPANY IN CINCINNATI. HIS ENGLISH IS HEAVILY ACCENTED AND SOMETIMES IT'S DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND WHAT HE IS SAYING. HOWEVER, HIS WORK ETHIC IS AMAZING.
Description of Work: MR. SHANG FIXED MY FURNACE WHICH WAS IMPROPERLY AND INCOMPETENTLY INSTALLED BY ANOTHER SERVICE COMPANY. HE WORKED VERY DILIGENTLY TO 1 AM ON A FRIDAY NIGHT TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS WORKING. WHEN I NEEDED FOLLOW-UP WORK, HE CAME OUT ON A SAME-DAY CALL AND HAD THINGS FIXED QUICKLY. I CAN'T REPORT ON HOW MUCH HE COSTS, BECAUSE I'VE GOT A HOME WARRANTY POLICY AND A1 HOMETECH IS PART OF THE NETWORK, I ONLY PAY A $50 DEDUCTIBLE.
