Description of Work: John, Harold, and Ryan were prompt, professional, and very helpful. They arrived promptly and explained their work at each step. They made sure I know what was happening. They finished in a bit over an hour and cleaned up everything when done. Overall, the job looks great.

 + -1 moreDan is a great guy, he came in 400.00 cheaper than another company we asked for a bid. He was great with communication, I prefer to communicate via email and he did. Him and his son came out on time, did the work to our complete satisfaction, stuck around a little after just to talk and be sure we were satisfied. I would recommend Dan to anyone and have.

 + -1 moreFather (owner) gave the initial estimate. The son came back to do the work and only lifted six of the eight sections. Did not get them levelthe first time and I had to argue with the father to complete the job correctly. They have been back twice to fix a crack that keeps coming back bewteen the porch and the sidewalk (sidewalk continues to settle ~1/2 inch).
Description of Work: Repaired a sidewalk that had sunk about 1.5 inches. Had eight sections to lift back up to same level as front porch.

Description of Work: Needed a quote to have concrete lifted as a part of a purchase negotiation on a new home. Contractor did not show at the property to quote on the job. After his no show I called multiple times (4-5 times over the next week) and never received any return calls. Subsequently, we went over our deadline for acquiring proposals for negotiation, nearly costing us the house.

 + -1 moreIt was messy, it took all day, but it worked. Paul and his dad cleaned up everything and we couldn't believe the equipment they used really worked. We could see the floor raise up before our eyes. Now we are watching to make sure it doesn't sink --- they have a guarantee.
Description of Work: This is an amazing process. Our two car garage floor had sunk nearly 2 inches. The problem was that the electric garage door would no longer work and we faced a bill of nearly $10,000 to replace the entire floor, until a neighbor told us about A-1 Concrete Lifting and the pulverized limestone process.

 + -1 moreTHE WORK WAS PERFORMED FAIRLY WELL, BRINGING THE CONCRETE LEVEL BACK UP TO WHERE WE EXPECTED IT TO BE. HOWEVER, THEY CAUSED A FINE-LINE CRACK TO APPEAR IN THE DRIVEWAY. THEY ALSO CHIPPED SEVERAL PATIO PAVERS THAT COVERED THE REAR PATIO (CHIPPING OCCURRED WHEN THEY REMOVED SOME PRIOR TO LEVELING). THEY DID ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR DAMAGES AND ADJUSTED THE PRICE SLIGHTLY (I.E., $50).
Description of Work: THE PART OF OUR DRIVEWAY NEXT TO OUR GARAGE SETTLED, CAUSING THE CONCRETE PADS TO FALL BELOW THE LEVEL OF THE GARAGE FLOOR. IN ADDITION, OUR REAR PATIO CONCRETE SLAB SETTLED AND DROPPED. THE COMPANY RE-LEVELED BOTH AREAS.
