   I had to have help and team work to clean out our grauge.  My husband is a pack rat and I am not.  So...after asking for 15 years to clean out our double car grauge.  My husband went in for knee replacement sugery and took that chance to clean out the mess.  I knew I only had a short window to fimt to get this done, so I called 1-800- GOT-JUNK and they were wonderful.  They sent out an empty truck and two young men, let me tell you , after 4 hours we were done !!!   The men did anything I ask them to do, they cleaned out any and all the junk to go onto the truck.  All I had to do was ask them and it was done.  The price was $550.00, which is not cheep but if you would have had the mess I had,  that was out there, it was a small price to pay.  I was so glad to get this done.  They charge you by what goes on the truck, not by the hour.  The truck is good size and they filled it for me, with all that junk.  I would like to be able to do the basement next, so we shall see.  But one thing is for sure, I would call them again.

The two men worked very hard removing stacks of items from third floor to basement.  All the items filled more space than I had imagined so the price was higher.  On the other hand they packed everything in the truck tightly so every inch was used.

I was told that there was a shredder service for those personal documents that needed to be shredded so I included a box of those items.  I have not gotten the promised certificate so I am hoping these were files were shredded.  I have held this report since January 25th and still not certificate.

On time.  Did what I ask.  Cleaned up.

We called, they came, they hauled away junk, they charged us a high price for the service.

i hired them because a friend had given me a Groupon that was about to expire, which saved me $110 (the price i listed was the full price, not the discounted price paid), & i was able to schedule same-day service.  they were EXCELLENT.  they kept me informed of their ETA & were prompt as well as polite, professional, & personable.  i walked them thru the house, they gave me an estimate based on how much space it would take in their truck, which was exactly what i'd expected, & they got right to work.  i was still packing up remaining items to move to the new place, & i was able to keep working on that most of the time while they did their thing.  they came to me whenever uncertain what i wanted removed or left.  in the less-organized garage, i just walked around & pointed & they did everything else, including sweeping up afterward.  i would hire them again w/o hesitation and have already recommended them to friends.

It went really well.  We are going to have them come back for more stuff.  My neighbors used them and they loved them too.

They were very professional. They were younger guys. They had uniform. They were polite and professional. They did a good job. They were very strong and helpful. They were very nice young men. I would recommend them. I would use them in the future.

Booked an appointment online.  The truck showed up on time.  They estimated the cost based on the space required in the truck.  They removed all the items from my basement.  A number of items required some amount of disassembling.  The two young men worked as quickly as possible and went to extraordinary lengths to fit as much as possible in the truck (thereby saving me money).

I was thrilled with service provided and would not hesitate to recommend them.

The guys were great.  I booked a pick up time through their web site the night prior.  I received a call in the morning to confirm the appointment and the two gentlemen showed up at the beginning of their two hour appointment window.  I showed them all of the items to be taken.  They looked at the size of the pile and gave me a quote.  I accepted it and they began to load up everything.  The whole process took less than 1/2 an hour.  The two workers were very professional.  I will definitely use them again.

We called them in the middle of our move day and they were able to come over mid-afternoon. The main reason we called was for a large couch that we no longer wanted but the Salvation Army pickup service also decided was not in good enough shape. The couch was too large to fit in the elevator and would have required a team of professional movers to get down the stairs but because it was just going to be junked, the two 1-800-GOT-JUNK guys just took out their reciprocating saw and started buzzing away. That part took a while. After the couch was broken down it appeared to me that perhaps the covering/foam/soft stuff should have been removed from the frame first to determine where there was wood vs springs vs metal reinforcing bars before hacking away, although it's also possible that this approach would have taken even longer.

While they were there we also gave them more large items that would have otherwise overflowed our own dumpsters, since you pay by the portion of truck space.

We were very happy and glad to be reminded of 1-800-GOT-JUNK, as we did not plan for the Salvation Army refusing our couch. The two guys who came to our place were regular folks like us who did not necessarily seem to be particularly experienced in this kind of work (at least in breakdown of sofas), but at the same time they provided a prompt, very flexible service that we very much needed. Had we thought of them earlier in our move we could have saved ourselves a lot of work.

I spent $500 on that work.  I was not dissatisfied with anything.  I would have liked the price to be a little bit lower but I have not found anyone who is lower that is professional like that.  Their service was great and they cleaned up after themselves.  Their attitude was great.  They took everything that we were interested in getting rid of without any questions asked.  I was very pleased.  They were prompt and I can count on them to get the work done.  They are very pleasant and very clear about how they run things.  They work fast and waste no time at all.  It was a very pleasant experience. 

Hauled, sleeper sofa, treadmill, easy chair and 2 large file cabinets on the hottest day of the year, quickly and efficiently. Made appointment on line. Staff arrived on time and called ahead to give precise 1/2 hour arrival estimate.

Their performance was wonderful. They were quick. They were willing to do anything and would go anywhere in the house to pick it up. They were very clean and cleaned the things afterwards. The thing that really stood out to me was their attitude. They seemed to be very bright and attentive, beyond what I would have expected for such a service. Their price was very standard for that service from what I have heard; I would have liked to pay that price, where especially on some things, they could have sold or made a lot of money. Maybe that company or any other company might take little advantage of the situation to make profit. I would use them in the future.

The work went fine and they didn't take long. They came in quickly for couple of minutes and took it away. The price was little too much.

I was able to book them online for same day pickup for a $10 discount. Two polite young men showed up on time and estimated a full load. They were able to pack it all tight enough for a 7/8 load. Very happy with the service they performed.

It went very smoothly. I called the 800 number over the weekend and scheduled a pickup for Monday. I received an email confirmation soon after the phone conversation. I received an advance call about 1/2 hour before the guys arrived to pick up my "junk". Two guys arrived about 15 minutes early. They were professional and courteous and very conscientious about my floors and put on "booties" when entering my home. They were careful when carrying the furniture out of my house to not hit the walls. Great job. A bit pricey, but no complaints about the work completed.

The two men removed a fridge, metal closet, big bookcase, bar, stools, heavy tv, big table with radio in it, as well as a huge heavy dresser, all within 45 minutes, amazing. They were very nice and respectable, excellent job!

They were good. I would use them again. They charge according to how much you fill their truck. I thought the price was fairly reasonable for all of the stuff that they carted out of here.

Overall, they did the work: hauled away the debris. My issue is that when I called, I was told they would first give me the price, then I could decide if I wanted them to perform the work. Actually, when they arrived, I was given an ESTIMATE, based on a chart they had. I was told it could cost the first or second, but probably the second. (I think the two were about $30 difference). He said it maybe could cost the third (and highest) amount. I said OK, and they loaded it into their truck. The final cost was the third and highest amount (not the amount he thought it would cost). Since I had agreed to the fact that it MIGHT cost that much, I paid. So, I really wasn't lied to, but felt 'lowballed' to win the work, then charged the highest price even at the time when they could see the amount of debris in my garage. So, when you call them and they tell you that you will be given a price, that is not true: you will be given an estimate, and, if it's like my case, you will be charged the highest estimate, even if they 'think' it will be lower.
