Tony and his crew were professional, responsive, and timely! They made this process easy and my home looks great!

They were hard to reach at times.

The owner, Landon Barnard, is unprofessional. The work was never completed, total radio silence for more than 3 weeks, they left my place a mess, and they scammed me out of $5K for work that they were paid to do and never did. I have been trying for months to get my money back and Landon had disappeared. Run.. Do. NOT give this company any of your money!

I am thrilled with the results. The job was quickly scheduled to start and completed as scheduled. Everything was done as promised. I highly recommend this company to all.

They need to improve after-sale customer service. and fix outstanding issues. After the review, I need the contractor to contact me with the time and date they are playing to fix the issue and stick to the time and date.

Tony met with us twice to provide an estimate and did a walk through before the project started. Then we did not see him again even though he is listed on the contract as the project manager. He subcontracted the work to Trino who brought in incompetent workers to do the job, that do not speak or understand English. Tony, who speaks English has not directly supervised the project at all so it has been on us to communicate with the workers, which is hard. The project became stressful quickly because a lot of areas had to be redone. The guys trashed and left our toilets dirty at the end of the work day a few times. On one occasion, I had to ask Alex to tell them to clean my half bath downstairs. I was working from home that day and found that someone had made a mess and not clean up. They have no experience applying gel stain, they instead painted our handrails and spindles. They did not fully cover and protect all surfaces and got paint on a lot of surfaces. When we started realizing these issues, we contacted Tony and he has ignored our calls, emails and texts. Very unprofessional! He has not returned to the house even once to see the issues and make them right or apologized. We hope our concerns are addressed and this is made right or we will be suing. Trino and his guys are not puntual at all. Tony told us they start work at 9:30am but they showed up at 10:30-11am every day. Take lunch at 1pm for an hour. Then work till 7pm -8pm. It was such an inconvenience for us given we wake up early and dont like having people in our home that late do we can rest. They did not clean up after themselves well at the end of the work day. Trino was all about doing the job fast, not quality. He barely supervised the project. Showed up in the afternoon every day for about an hour to see if the job was done! They were all about cutting corners. They didnt cover light switches and got paint on them. Didnt remove blind mounting pieces before painting. They had to repaint out half bath because the first time it looked worse than what it was before they painted. Grains throughout the wall in the entire bathroom. We were told they incompetent guy that painted it is a new guy Alex had to redo the job. Trino tried to charge $300 additional for the closets in two guest bedrooms but after talking to Tony, he said theyll cover it. We asked them to paint an additional room which Trino said is $650 including the closet. Then we asked to not paint the closet and he said the cost is then $550. This room has a bigger closet. Makes no sense that the smaller closets would be $150 each and bigger closet is $100. Save yourself a headache and stress. Do not hire this company.

Very handy and great service. Need to stay in constant communication to ensure everything is getting done to initial expectations (paint color, scope of work, etc) however the quality of work is top notch when the project is over.

From Landon to Tony to the paint crew themselves, the entire process was easy and smooth! They even accommodated my request to try to fit me in so that the dogs I would be sitting would not be stressed out. The walls, ceilings, trim, and doors look AMAZING! They are very professional and excellent at what they do. Tony even came after the painting was complete to check the work, do some touch ups and some clean ups. I would definitely hire them again. I got a lot of satisfaction and it did not even cost me an arm and a leg.

Sharp did an excellent job, these guys were the hardest workers and came on a Saturday and Sunday and worked all day. They were very polite, picked up after themselves, and took great care of our property. The quality of work was outstanding. Tony is amazing and easy to work with. Tony is very responsive and makes sure he delivers on his promises. I would highly recommend anyone who is having work done. You won't be sorry!

The entire process from bid to completion was easy and professional. Tony answered all of my questions and quickly got back to me with a clear detailed estimate. Once work began, the entire crew was professional and paid close attention to detail. Once complete, the house was left clean and looking amazing with the new paint colors and drywall work. Landon and his team were amazing! This was a project that involved wall paper removal and changing wood trim, closets and plantation shutters from dark wood to white wood. The team was efficient and extremely maticulous in the work they did. I am excited for them to complete other projects within my home!

Landon and the team painted my house in Mt Adams last year and had problems with one section of the job that started peeling. Called Landon, he came out and assessed the situation with his paint vendor. The work had a 3 year warranty so they ended up redoing this section. Do not like that the work had to be redone, but Landon held up his side of the warranty and made it right. THANKS, Landon

From the moment I first contacted the company was just the beginning of a great experience with Sharp Paintworx! Their response was immediate in coming out to give an estimate and setting up a date for the job to be done. The estimate for the work was very reasonable as well. The crew showed up as scheduled and worked incredibly hard in prepping and painting the exterior of the house. It is truly a pleasure doing business with such a great company and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services!

Their crew painted the exterior trim, fascia, doors and foundation of our house AND installed custom shutters that we purchased from a vendor. They do GREAT work for a fair price. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, which I've already done. I'm sure we will use them again when the time arrives.

I wish I could rate them lower than .5. The owner Landon Barnard is a joke of a business owner. He aggressively pursued my business and provided me a competitive quote. Once I agreed to hire them to seal the exterior of my brick home, that is when the communication stopped. Tony was communicative but his hands seem to be tied by Landons refusal to communicate and run a professional business. After pressure washing my home, they sent a crew out the next morning to seal the home with dark clouds above and a forecast of rain. Tony did answer his phone and agreed that they should be there to seal the home before rain. One last ditch effort to get some answers from Landon (why didnt you tuck point and do brick repair like you agreed to) of course went unanswered and unreturned. His office manager even said that she personally gave him the message and could not explain why he would not call us back. Needless to say, we fired this clown show before they could screw up anything else. I recommend using anybody but Landon Barnard.

Landon Barnard is the owner who responded to my request through Home Advisor for exterior house painting. He met with me the following day and inspected the house. His estimate was received the next day, with several photos of the exterior of my house. I spoke to him immediately and agreed with his scope and estimate. He scheduled painting within the month. His Project Manager Tony Chessey followed with email confirming the date. A week before the date, Tony called to if they could start a week early. I agreed and the job took 3 days to completion. Workers were supervised by Trena who answered all questions politely. One worker, Alex did an exceptional job in completing several special tasks. All workers were detail oriented in performing their jobs. The job started by power washing all painted surfaces to be cleaned before painting. Proper masking and taping protected areas not to be painted. Clean up each day did not leave litter behind. All paint and materials were supplied by Sharp Paintworx, Inc. They used Sherwin-Williams Duration high quality paint. Payment was not requested until the job was completed satisfactorily. Payment was based upon the initial proposal. We requested painting proposals from five firms. Sharp Paintworx, Inc. submitted the lowest price with the highest quality paint. Telephone calls to Tony Chessey were returned promptly. We are quite pleased and would use this firm again. This is our first experience using Home Advisor to locate a contractor. Thank you Home Advisor!

Landon came to our house in early June with a wonderful estimate and a promise to email me soon with a start date. It has been more than 6 weeks and we can not get the company to return our calls. Super frustrating and unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Sharp Paintworx did a great job! As other customers have noted, they were punctual, great with communication, professional, and the quality of their work was excellent. At the end of the job, Landon asked to join us on a final walk-around and we noticed a couple of missing spots, which they corrected the very next day. Very pleased with them and plan to use them again for a future project.

They did a great job of communicating with me. Showed up on time, and delivered on what we agreed upon. They arrived when they said they would. They worked quickly to remove the old shingles and replaced them with the new ones about three days of work. They then removed damaged cedar siding boards and replaced them with new, freshly primed boards. They painted quickly and efficiently, double-coating the entire house over about a week. Throughout the project, I received regular calls or texts from the project manager and regular on-site updates from the crew foreman. We really could not be more pleased with the finished product. I would use it again and recommend it to the family.
