DO IT RIGHT CLEANING SVC

We were impressed with the women who did the work at first. First time, the owners a husband and wife team-she was the boss he acted whipped but treated the women horribly. All the women worked hard and were very polite n pleasant no matter the situatuion of being humiliated or us being talked down to; however as long as the bosses were here the girls were like jack rabbits. Later on they girls came alone with 3-4 and they spent 1-1/2 hrs to do our house totally clean, a guy drove their van w the employees n if they were getting close to time up or he saw one talking to my shush and or I he would come n here to tell them to hurry up we have to go to the next call! Back n 2005 I'd have loved making $20 hr per house n they worked all day not an easy feat. I know I've done it for years cleaning this house. Now, I just had major abdominal surgery n need to find someone really good that can help with the cleaning again. They charged me over $400 then $80-$90 ea x, they wanted cash until I stood up to the owner n said Look, I'm paying by check if you want to clean every two weeks and give me a receipt for my taxes or I'll get the other company Merry Maids that was here at that time. She agreed, things were fine until the girls started coming by themselves, they divided up the work, one girl took each room, not bad right? Sure depends on who is good and who does a crappy job, from one room to the next it was extreme, my bed would get made, the sheets not changed, not cleaned behind the headboard on the floor, baseboards, bathroom trash not emptied bc it was emptied 3 days before and not full to the rim, shower not cleaned bc it didn't have stuck on grime, jacuzzi not cleaned out bc I don't use bubble bath n periodically clean it like a pro cleans a jacuzzi, not dust the top of my lights above my lights on the medicine cabinet etc etc, finally we caught on one day in August after a couple of months when the dust started building up, gross, gross!!! When the boss wasn't here they took a short smoke break or got here n smoked n the van before starting work. My husband n I wondered what r they waiting for? I was scheduled for emergency surgery I called after 4 on a Thurs n said, look they really haven't been doing this place right n need them n here soon, she said they were going to get a crew to come on Saturday, I was having surgery on Monday, my husband said Hey, I really don't want them here n don't trust them call n cancel, I called around 10 on Thursday to cancel n she blew up at me, it wasn't enough we had been buying ALL the supplies special brands, including certain brand paper towels, rags, cleaning solutions, everything, n they always wanted it put on the kitchen table in a box for them n only them we couldn't use them! Products are expensive! So she blew up said she hired a special crew for Sat will lose this money so on so on, n should charge me the wages she has to pay them, I told her go ahead n we will fight it out n court for all the negligent times I have pics showing what they were doing and not cleaning my house properly n taking breaks! You could hear her swallow herself, she said some pretty mean things and I told her a bad review goes a lot farther than the bad things she said to me I'll get over it! Can she n her husband survive losing her business??? Now, I ask you have you read the other reviews also? I have nothing to lose telling the truth except lying sends me to a hot place I'm not interested in someday! Thank .q qq. you for allowing me to post this review.

God awful set in car and some pills

They did a first cleaning 3 people one day for 400.00. After that they came to clean for about 2 hours every other week for 80.00. I was told to leave a sealed envelope with the money on the kitchen counter. I did that for months then got a call that I hadn't paid for a cleaning. It was upsetting not only had I paid but there were people in my house I could no longer completely trust. We let that go. After a month I got a call that either the girls were to cut back on the things they cleaned or I had to pay more. I told her that her girls sat in the driveway smoking cigarettes and having a break and they also did that while they were cleaning. I didn't know that was to be part of the time they were cleaning. As you can imagine the cleaning wasn't done well. We fired the cleaning service and will never call them again.
