+ -1 moreOverall, the process went well. All new system installed August 2011. August 2012 there was a problem with cooling, Blevins was called and responded six days later, charged the system with Freon and charged a service charge. Two weeks later, Blevins was called, responded and charged unit with enough Freon so the unit would cool until he could come back later and perform a leak test. Two weeks later Blevins was called again and I was told that I was on the list and he would call me back in an hour. Today is September second and I have not heard anything from Blevins. So, service after the sale is very lousy. By the way, Blevins is Tim Wright.
Description of Work: Removed existing furnace and ac condenser, installed new furnace and central air.
