+ -1 moreTOM RETURNED MY CALL THAT EVENING AND WAS OUT THE FOLLOWING MORNING. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND UP FRONT WITH THE REPAIRS. THE PRICE WAS MORE THAN REASONABLE.
Description of Work: MY FURNACE BLOWER WAS NOT WORKING. TOM CAME OUT AND CORRECTED SOME WIRING ISSUES ON A SATURDAY MORNING. IN ADDITION, HE PRESSURE CHECKED THE A/C COMPRESSOR TO SEE IF IT MAY NEED RECHARGING.

+ -1 moreTOM VITALE IS FAIR AND CANDID IN ASSESSING YOUR NEEDS. HE SOMETIMES OPERATES ON HIS TIMETABLE MORE THAN YOURS. HE DID WORK FOR ME 16 YEARS AGO AND A COUPLE SERVICE CALLS SINCE. I WOULD USE HIM IN SPITE OF HIS NOT ALWAYS COMING WHEN HE SAYS. I RESEARCHED MY FURNACE REQUIREMENTS QUITE THOROUGHLY (ON HVAC INTERNET SITES FOR PROS AND CONS OF FURNACE TYPES, BRANDS, ETC.).
Description of Work: INSTALLED NEW AM. STANDARD FURNACE, APRILAIRE HUMIDIFIER, AND AC COIL (USED EXISTING CONDENSER)
