Everything went smoothly. They arrive d on time and finished on schedule. They showed great attention to quality and detail during the entire job.

They just did a great job. They had it completed when we needed it done. The people next door saw that we were getting it done and they used them too. The workers were perfect and very friendly. Everything is holding up perfect and there are no problems.

The work was performed exactly on the specified days. As instructed, we watered the driveway twice a day for three weeks to slow the curing process. We waited four weeks until driving an automobile on the newly installed driveway. We allowed no trucks on the driveway and hired a small pickup with plow to plow the snow off in the winter. The plow driver was instructed to not scrape the snow down to the concrete and not to drop the blade on the driveway. Based on the plow marks, it seemed our plow driver complied with our requests. Nine months after installation, after the first thaw that revealed the concrete surface, we saw three major cracks, the longest being about 30 feet and spanning three sections. In addition there were chunks of concrete broken off from the edges of the sections where the saw marks are. The owner of the company was contacted. He expressed surprise that the driveway cracked and had major chips. Subsequently, a few months later, his company applied a latex sealant between the garage pad and the driveway pad. For a fee, he offered that his company could put a sealant on the entire driveway. Whle I can see perfectly well that the construction proposal contract states that Specialized Concrete does not warranty spalling, cracking and displacing of the concrete - I guarantee that I would not have chosen this company to perform the work had I know that this would be the end result. I am often brought to tears when I walk on the driveway and see the cracks and chunks missing. My husband and I both work full time jobs and saved for over two years to be able to afford this new driveway. Something went terribly wrong with what should have been a nice driveway. Specialized Concrete does not seem to have the know-how or willingness to offer any reasonable solutions. A new concrete driveway is a major purchase. We felt we had done our due diligence and selected a company that had the ability to do the job right so the driveway would last for years. We are immensely disappointed and cannot recommend Specialized Concrete for driveway replacements.

Everything went well except for making sure to lock the fence gate a few times. The owner communicated with his workers about this and it improved. My dogs were able to run away through the poorly fastened back yard gate just once and after that the crew was much more careful once Dan reminded them to lock the gate securely with a chain.

They did a good job. The price was very fair. The only complaint is that they were supposed to come back to clean up and put the landscaping back in place which they did not do. They were very responsive and punctual.

This was a disaster. What a waste of time waiting for the work to commence, thinking it was 'handled' and then getting dumped.

They showed up on time, and took care of the problem efficiently and quickly. I would use them again.

They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They were fair priced.
