+ -1 moreI explained that I am not a new customer, that they have already done pool work for me and that I have been living in Chesterland for 22 years and always had a pool and always shopped here for my supplies. He could of cared less. Bottom line is they never contacted me. My plan to have a new liner for the Spring was wasted because I counted on them and did not call another company. It was too late. My pool still does not have a new liner. I will never shop their store again. My business is lost to them.
Description of Work: I have been a customer of ST for 22 years. I bought all of my pool supplies from their store and had them install a pool liner and pool heater for me in the past. Up till now, the service has been good. In September of 2012 I went to the store to schedule a visit to get an estimate for a new pool liner and pool cover. All of my info was taken down and I was told someone would get back to me. 2 weeks later, I went back to the store and inquired about why no one has gotten back to me. I explained it was important to have my liner measured before I close the pool, so the liner can be obtained over the winter and installed first thing in the Spring. The store manager understood my request. Still no contact. In mid October I went back to the store and inquired again. The store manager then told me they were not taking any new customers.

Description of Work: I had an in ground pool installed. Every things wall handled above my expectations. The store sales people are all very professional and did an excellent job answering all of my questions.

+ -1 moreEverything is good. It is working well. The pool is located on the side and back of the house. It was the first time we used them. They took around six weeks. They also open and close the pool. They do come back every once in a while for maintenance check. I can also deal directly with the owner. We would rate them highly and would continue to use them for maintenance.
Description of Work: We had a pool done by Signature Pools & Spas LLC.

+ -1 moreSAM IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL IN THE PLANNING STAGES. HE WAS PROMPT FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS AND PHONE CONTACT WAS VERY EFFICIENT. ONCE THE CONSTRUCTION BEGAN, IT WENT VERY QUICKLY. THE WORKERS WERE KIND AND HARDWORKING. THEY PAID ATTENTION TO DETAILS AND MADE SURE WE WERE HAPPY EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. AFTER COMPLETION, I HAD QUESTIONS WHICH WERE ANSWERED PROMPTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A 40X24X16 L-SHAPED INGROUND POOL WITH A VINYL LINER.
