Description of Work: We were looking for someone to install clay tile in our upstairs bath and a more difficult granite/ marble combination tile in the downstairs bath. We knew the tile downstairs was going to be much more difficult. Ken came and promptly looked at the job, called with an estimate and then did the installation over the next 3 days. He paid a lot of attention to detail, made some good suggestions, and cleaned everything up when the work was complete. He also surprised us and grouted some glass tile in our laundry room as an early Christmas present. - that was a job I'd been meaning to finish for 2 years.
