Description of Work: Installed a whole-house automatic switchover generator. Price included a ten-year warranty. They were absolutely terrific! Dustin came out to do the initial evaluation and quote. He also was on site for the installation. A subsequent generator malfunction and engine replacement were handled very efficiently. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Description of Work: I had wiring done in two bedrooms so that ceiling light fixtures could be installed. They rewired the wall outlet, removing it from the light switch, wired and installed two ceiling fixtures connecting them to the light switches. They were extremely professional. The service technician called several days in advance to make sure he knew what we wanted and cleaned up beautifully. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They installed an electrical outlet and television cable on an existing patio. The electrician (John) did an outstanding job. He took the time to figure out how to run the new wiring through an existing wall and ceiling. His care and thoughtful ideas resulted in a near invisible installation. My only concern was the hourly rate of $70 seemed high. Other than that, I would highly recommend Portman Electric.

Description of Work: Installed permanent generator. No more buying gas for the portable generator, and the problems that go with that. They may not be the least expensive but the service is excellent. The generator tests itself each week and sends them an email. It's totally carefree.
