PLAYGROUND WORLD

I needed to move an existing playground set from my old home to new home fairly quickly so potential new home owners wouldn't think playground set was part of home sale. Playground world was very responsive and scheduled us quickly, although they hadn't installed swingset (another co. that has since gone out of business installed set). We were quick to get on the calendar, but the guys were late to get to our house vs. the time we were told they would arrive. We were told they would arrive between 12-1 and they arrived around 3:30, which meant they ended up finishing the work at the new house in the dark. The install guys were amazing, real machines. They began working in the rain and ended the install in the snow and dark. The set was big and heavy but they got it done as quickly as possible and they were very helpful in finding the ideal setting at the new house. The guys were great, real professionals - just had too much scheduled for a miserable day.

It went very well. Everything happened as they had told us to expect - they showed up on the day they were scheduled, at the exact time we expected them. They were pleasant and friendly - and completed the work in about 4 hrs - which was exactly what they had told us to expect. The swing set is totally awesome - including being able to handle 2 or 3 adults at the same time as the kids - which is why we bought it in the first place. Our only "issue" with them is the cost. A Rain box swing set will cost easily double the average competitors - but to the best of knowledge no one offers a product that is as sturdy - with lifetime guarantees on most of the pieces. The service could not have been nicer - or more reliable and professional.

I so appreciated the way they were forthcoming with me about warranty coverage, even though I'm not the original owner! They also answered many questions I had about proper maintenance of their playsets and were very pleasant. Furthermore, they were not put off when I opted not to use their delivery and installation service for replacement parts. Although some of the prices are quite high for the equipment they sell, I will consider purchasing additional equipment from them in the future based on their high caliber customer service, as well as the quality of the equipment.

I THINK THIS COMPANY IS FABULOUS! I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM UNEQUIVOCALLY TO ANYONE. THE PRICE IS MORE THAN ANOTHER COMPANYS I PRICED BUT THEN THE QUALITY IS WORLDS BETTER AND IT HAS A LIFETIME GUARANTEE. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. THEY WERE THERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE AND SET IT UP IN EXACTLY THE AMOUNT OF TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD. FRED ADAMIC WAS THE SALESPERSON. HE WAS EXCELLENT. HE DID EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO. THERE ARE A COUPLE OF TIMES DURING THE YEAR WHEN YOU CAN GET A BETTER DEAL. BEFORE CHRISTMAS, I GOT 30% OFF WITH ONLY $99 INSTALLATION.
